Its location, allows the discovery of a territory with its cultural wealth, and natural.

-Vézelay, Avallon, the Vauban Castle Bazoches, are open on Dijon regional capital and its famous vineyards in the world.

The great lakes of the Morvan, rushing rivers, forests offers vacationers the rest, water and water sports swimming and hiking.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation "la Jotine" is adjoining the owner's house, access and separate life, all on a plot of 800 m² fully enclosed and secure for young children.

Entirely renovated in 2015, it is composed of:

A fully equipped kitchen, gas hob, dishwasher, oven etc ... ..

Dining room 35 m², with TV and pellet stove.

In a bathroom, with shower and sink,

2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 cm, the other with 2 beds of 90 cm.

A laundry room with washing machine

2 toilets, one on the ground floor, one upstairs.

Weekly rentals in July and August.

Rent 2 nights minimum apart from these dates.

Accueil très sympathique.Gîte calme et agréable, bien décoré et équipé. Literie très confortable.Gîte très bien situé à côté de la petite de Corbigny, où il y a de nombreux commerces, et à proximité des centres d'intérêt du Nivernais et du Morvan.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Morvan. Louis hat uns herzlichst empfangen und war bei Fragen stets verfügbar, wobei er sehr diskret war. Wir haben uns in der ruhigen Umgebung sehr erholt.

En riktig pärla till hus på franska landsbygden!

Vi är mycket nöjda med det här huset som vi hyrde 4 nätter. Efter några dagar i livliga Paris var det så skönt att komma ut till lugna och vackra landsbygden med häftiga vägar att köra på. Huset är mycket mysigt och fint. Vi tyckte speciellt om det svala och väl inredda vardagsrummet. Det finns alla faciliteter du behöver. Bra läge. Mycket trevliga hyresvärdar, kan bara lite engelska men det gick bra ändå. Svarade snabbt på meddelande via hemsidan vilket kändes tryggt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera dig att hyra det här huset under din semester i Frankrike! : D

Juste Parfait!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement situé entre le canal du nivernais et le Morvan. Il y a des commerces de proximité à 5min en voiture(Corbigny). La maison est très bien équipée et joliment décorée :-) Les propriétaires sont très gentils et de très bon conseil. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!! Au plaisir de vous revoir :-)

Tiefste Ruhe mit genug Aktivitäten in der Umgebung

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das kleine Häuschen ist optimal aufgeteilt. Die Vermieter sind in der Nähe aber man hat gleichzeitig einen wunderschönen Garten, ganz ungestört für sich. Die richtige Mischung aus Privatsphäre und Unterstützung haben die Vermieter prima geregelt. Das Häuschen ist absolut liebevoll eingerichtet , eine tolle Mischung aus alt und modern. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und gemütlich. Nachts hört man nur die Käuzchen . Man kann lange im Sonnenuntergang draussen sitzen, für alle die Ruhe, Natur, und geschmackvolle Atmosphäre lieben - aber gleichzeitig auch Lust haben due interessante Umgebung zu entdecken. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. La maison est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. La situation géographique permet de naviguer dans le morvan facilement. Je recommande cette location.

Schöne Urlaubstage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen, gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Garten bzw. um das Haus war auch immer ein Schattenplätzchen zu finden, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zum Nachbarort mit Bäckern und Supermarkt. Lieben Dank auch an die sehr angenehmen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Louis und Elizabeth. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Barbara und Ulli

Magnifiques vacances dans le Morvan

Nous étions en vacances avec nos 2 enfants de 13 et 17 ans. un accueil chaleureux, un gîte très bien aménagé- très propre-COVID proof :-), le beau temps étaient les ingrédients de vacances réussies. Le gîte est bien situé ce qui permet d'atteindre en maximum 30 à 45 minutes de voiture la plupart des sites à visiter (lacs, Vézelay, canal de la Nièvre (possibilité de louer des vélos à Corbigny), château de Vauban, belles balades) . A Corbigny on trouve tout à disposition pour les courses et même une belle librairie. N'hésitez pas à admirer le coucher du soleil au mont de la Justice à Lormes.
