This property located in Old Town FL situated between Manatee Springs and Fanning Springs on the banks of the Suwanee River. Ideal for kayaking, canoeing with boat ramp access steps away. You can also bring your boat (22' max) or kayaks with access to our dock. Greenway hiking and biking Trail nearby.
Fully equipped kitchen and full bath, TV's, DVD, internet, BBQ, fire pit, picnic table, awning. king size bed in Master Bedroom plus Queen self inflated air bed in Living Room. Watch your favorite sporting events and movies in our indoor Home Theater or on our outdoor TV fire pit area, just feet away from the bank. My wife Anne and I are both original city people. We moved to the scenic Suwannee for retirement to get away from the busy schedules we lived in the city. We are only a 45 min drive away from Gainesville Florida for the normal amenities of city life, if needed. We are also 10 min by boat to Fanning Springs upriver and 10 min by boat to Manatee Springs down river. Makes for a nice day trip. dinner and a movie afterwards by our outdoor theater.

Why they chose this property

I have been enjoying this area of the Suwannee River for the past 40 years. Hunting, Fishing, Skiing, Spring Diving. absolute rural beauty. No horn honking here.

Balance of Nature where you come to get out of daily city life and traffic. the nearest store is 5 miles away but takes 5 min to get there. .Amenities are few but relaxation is abundant.
