Watercrest is a gulf front condo on famous Thomas Drive, close to St Andrews State Park and all of the great restaurants on Thomas Dr. If you are looking for a great location for Thunder Beach, Lobster Festival, Iron Man Competition or the Little League venues that come to Panama City Beach we are in a perfect location.

Very spacious 1440 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath with wall to wall sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling mirrors make this condo feel twice the size, and sleeps six people! This condo has a large balcony, not the typical cruise ship balconies you find at most condos.

The Watercrest resort has a large pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, kiddie pool, huge sunning decks with lots of lounge chairs, all overlooking the gulf, these were all just renovated in 2010 including new surfaces for the lighted tennis courts, and shuffle board. Along with racquetball, men's and women's fitness centers, steam rooms, and a club house. Just 1. 5 miles from Capt. Anderson's Restaurant and Marina

One parking pass is included in total, any additional parking passes would be an additional $70.

This is a beautiful, large condo with a large deck with full view of the ocean. It’s close to all restaurants and shopping, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely condo with gorgeous panoramic view!

We enjoyed our stay very much! . The condo’s coastal decor was new and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware and appliances. The complex hot tub and pool are well maintained and we spent a lot of time there. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in PCB.

Wonderful week at Panama City Beach

We had a wonderful week at Watercrest. The condo was beautiful and spacious. It also included lots of windows on the beach side, so the views were amazing. The large deck was also wonderful. I can't say enough about how nice this condo was, including the supremely comfortable mattress on the master bed. We couldn't have asked for a nicer unit.

Favorite condo in Panama so far!!

This condo was everything and more. The view was awesome, very clean, and had everything you needed and more in the condo. The location is perfect if you want to be down the strip and away from most of the traffic. I have stayed at many condos while at the beach and this was by far my favorite!! This will be my first go to for my next beach trip to Panama City!

Great Stay

Unit 608 was great, fantastic large living dining room area, two decent sized bedrooms, in a great location in Panama City. Kitchen on the smaller size if you plan on cooking a bunch. Unit clean and was lucky to be on the 6th floor as it has a dedicated elevator for floors 1-6. (really great for move in day). Overall, I would stay here again.

Oh my goodness

The view from the full length doors is breathtaking. The sounds of the waves crushing onto the shore is calming. The smell of salty air is tingling to the senses. The touch of a soft bed or the cool waves or the warm sun leaves a shiver of the body from head to toe. And the taste of everything eaten while in this atmosphere is made for years and years of memories.

Post Spring break vac

Condo was great. The size was more than we expected and the balcony was very large. Being on the 6th floor was not too high as you could easily see family members on the beach. One advantage is having an elevator that only goes to the 6th floor that eliminated the need to use the main elevator in the center of the building. Also, we didn't need to bring our own wagon to haul our stuff up to the unit as the facility had plenty of carts that guests could use for this purpose. The entire family really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to next year.

Comfortable, Clean and great Customer Service

Very pleased with our experience with Kim’s Condos at WaterCrest 608!! First, the whole rental process and communication is efficient and easy. Upon arrival, the covered and dedicated parking spaces were a huge “amenity” that my husband really loved throughout our stay. The condo itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the large balcony and the fact that there was clean and comfortable furniture to sit on. My husband, myself and my 3 young adult sons were all able to enjoy breakfast in the morning out on the balcony and then loved winding down before bedtime, listening to the waves. The beds were extremely comfortable and had no problems with sleeping well. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need. I appreciated the keurig, as I’m the only coffee drinker in the family but a regular coffee maker was available as well. Liked the refrigerator with the ice maker and water in the door. Honestly, everything in the condo is working, clean and updated where it really makes for an enjoyable vacation at the beach. ** another amenity we enjoyed were the free beach chairs all week. Courteous and friendly service there as well ** Finally I want to brag on the customer service of Kim’s Condos. I wish to thank them here for what they did. On our way home we realized that we had left my special needs son’s pillow and blanket in the condo. My husband called and the ladies were very helpful and courteous. They found the items, called us back and let us know when the items would be shipped to us. And sure enough, within a few days we received the pillow and blanket. This made my special needs son very happy, and this momma. It may not seem like much to some but it did to me and I really appreciate how well everyone at Kim’s Condos took care of our family that week. Our family is looking forward to our next stay at WaterCrest and Kim’s Condos! Y’all are awesome! Thank You!

This condo was fantastic. The beach decor was beautiful. You could tell the owner decorated this place with the best. I just kept finding special touches in every room. The view was fantastic and no expense was spared with the deck furniture. It was stocked so well. We needed nothing. Even the dishes were special. I didn’t want to leave! The host was great! Check in was so easy. Everything you needed to get in condo was emailed. Made it so nice since we were late arriving. The condo was so clean and everything worked just as they should. Highly recommend

I absolutely LOVED this unit and our trip. I needed to speak with Kim’s Condos a handful of times regarding adding parking passes as well as needing some help while in the unit and they were nothing but helpful despite me being very annoying. The view is stunning. We spent every afternoon with the patio door open and the screen shut so we could hear the waves. The unit is spotless, beautiful and had literally everything we could have possibly needed. Checking in and out was also a breeze. We will continue to stay here and only here anytime we visit.
