Une magnifique villa très bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée : grand parking, vaste cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires, belle piscine, propreté irréprochable, lits confortables, climatisation et superbe vue sur l'étang. Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses ! La villa n'est pas située en plein centre, mais elle bénéficie d'un environnement calme. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et le contact sur place ont été parfaits. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hébergement !

Wir wurden freundlich und aufgeschlossen begrüßt. Ausführlich wurde uns alles gezeigt und Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist ein Traum- große Wohn/Essküche; 4 Schlafzimmer; ausreichend Klimaanlagen; sauberer, schöner Pool; Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Innen war es sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag benötigt.Für zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern bietet das Haus ausreichend Platz. Die Autos konnten im Hof sicher geparkt werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes per Telefon exzellent! Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der Gegend, in der kleinen Stadt und am Strand (15min mit dem Auto) verbracht. Abends haben wir oft auf dem Grill Gemüse frisch vom Wochenmarkt gegrillt und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein aus der Region ausklingen lassen. Das Haus ist einfach nur wunderschön und empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden und würden es jederzeit wieder machen!

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub. Das Haus ist so umwerfend schön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann das Haus nur jedem wärmsten empfehlen. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und es ist perfekt um mit zwei Familien Urlaub zu machen. Im Pool schwimmen, auf Liegestühlen lesen und abends gemütlich grillen und draußen sitzen. Das Meer und schöne Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir traumhafte zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen durften!

Maison très agréable

Tout est étudié pour le confort du locataire, explications partout dans la maison, facilitant le quotidien, il ne manque rien, on se sent chez soi, la piscine et le jardinet sont très agréables,la maison est d’une propreté irréprochable.

Gute Lage, viel Platz, ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit zwei Familien hatten wir viel Platz und konnten im Haus und auf der Terrasse schön zusammensitzen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat vor allem eine tolle Küche. Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort, hat sich aber bei Fragen umgehend gemeldet und ist sehr bemüht. An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse. Quartier très calme. Malgre des soucis de fonctionnement de la piscine, les propriétaires ont été très reactifs, toujours soucieux du bien être des locataires, rien à redire. Martigues est une jolie ville mais Fos et la Mède gâche le paysage dommage !

La tuyauterie de la piscine à été refaite cette année (printemps 2020), nous avons aussi fait des travaux d'agrandissement de la plage de la piscine. Désormais le tour de la piscine est en travertin (pierre naturelle).

Idéal pour des vacances reposantes

Martigues est une ville reposante, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Néanmoins, il est indispensable d'être véhiculée, s'agissant d'une petite ville portuaire le manque d'animations et d'activités se fait assez vite ressentir. La villa possède les équipements nécessaires hormis le manque de ventilateurs pour les chambres situées à l'étage. Spacieuse et agréable, elle correspond bien à ce qui est annoncé. Malgré deux petits imprévus (coupure de courant et pompe de la piscine), les propriétaires ont été très réactif afin de résoudre ces deux soucis. Nous conseillons vivement cette maison.

Villa très bien placé et belle piscine !

La villa est bien agencé, spacieuse et bien équipé. A deux couples nous n'avions pas l'impression d'etres les uns sur les autres. La climatisation est très appréciable, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas au 1 et étage. Les extérieurs sont très agréable pour les repas car plutôt à l'ombre. La piscine est vraiment bien, très facile à entretenir. De plus elle est plutôt bien exposé au soleil ce que nous avons encore plus apprécié. La propreté est bonne, nous n'avons rien à reprocher. En résumé pas de déception, à conseiller !
