Welcome to Maui Paradise with a complete ocean view, located in Lahaina, Maui! You can wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and look out your window to a180-degree view of the ocean. You can also eat breakfast at the dining table with a view of the ocean or whale watch from the lanai. It is a short walk to the beach, grocery store, nearby fast casual restaurants, and shopping. Plus, it is only a short drive to the world renown Napili Point, Kapalua, Kaanapali Beach and Whaler's Village!

Breathtaking views of the ocean for whale watching and quite lanai for cocktails or dining. Close proximity to multiple beaches and dining options. This condo has a BRAND NEW split A/C system in the front room and bedroom. In addition, there is a NEW mattress and box spring in the bedroom.

This outstanding one-bedroom, ocean view unit is located on the third floor of the breathtaking Papakea Resort ('H' Building). This unit accommodates 2 adults and is located near a Times Market, Weekly Farmer's Market, Multiple Fast Casual Dining Options and Services. The unit has a full service kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. Papakea Resort is a beautifully landscaped on 13 acres that includes: koi ponds, 2 swimming pools, 12 barbecues, 2 jacuzzies, 2 shuffleboards, 1 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 2 putting greens, and many more extras. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and walking trail.

Papakea will charge the guest a $17 per day resort fee upon check-in that is paid directly to the Papakea Resort. Papakea does not charge a parking fee. The charge is only for the first 10 days of your stay during a 30 day period. You must pay the resort fee, Papakea does not make any exceptions. The resort fee charge is one of the lowest price you will pay on the island of Maui. Most resorts will charge you every day of your stay plus parking. You will also have a $50 hold put on your credit card for incidentals. If it is not used, your card will be refunded after your stay.

It was a good experience. The condo has a good view of the ocean. The condo was clean and comfortable. The one thing we would say is it is in need of an update of the kitchen. The owners were accommodating of our request of a late checkout and easily contacted. Enjoyed our stay.

Visit to Maui

Property was comfortable. Slightly disappointed that mgmt did not handle smoking in neighboring lanai. Advised front desk, as well as asked neighbor because we had visitors with a baby and they made mention of the smoke. Overall the property condo and location were perfect. Just the no smoking not enforced
