Why they chose this property

House is in Historical District at the center of the city, with very quick access to sports, shopping, higher education, and entertainment. The road that comes to the house is hidden away, which gives it shelter from main street traffic and noise...it's very peaceful. Very safe neighborhood, my neighbors are wonderful, and a great sense of togetherness.

What makes this property unique

Hand-Refinished thick mid-century hardwood floors, and beautifully designed inside and out. The bushes in the backyard provide good privacy and block sound. Very quiet neighbors, lots of birds chirping, mature trees make it very easy to forget that the house is in the middle of the city.

This house has a lot vintage artifacts, which is very fun to look through...1950s year books, tiny spoons from all over the world, lighthouses from all over the country, WWII memorabilia, and lots of beautiful books...just to name some.
