Rent a house located in Italy in Piedmont halfway between Milan and Turin, 30km from the tourist highlights of the lake region (Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta).
This rental is located at the foot of the Italian pre-Alps, and close to the region where the famous Arborio rice is produced. It is famous for these great Piedmontese red wines, Gattinara, Bramaterra, Bocca, Ghemme etc. It is located in a small typical Italian village at the top of a small hill called "Santa-Maria" located 1km from "San Maurizio" where you can find all the amenities: La Poste, Bakery, Grocery, Butcher, Bank, Market Thursday morning, Bar Tabac etc….

It is easily accessible as it is close to the Milan-Turin motorway (20km A4, Carisio exit) and located 55km from Milan Malpensa Airport (MI) and 80km from Sandro-Pertini Turin-Caselle Airport (TO).

It includes two rooms of 20m² each.
On the ground floor is an equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, wood stove) with a sitting area including a sofa that can be used as a sleeping for two people and a television with French channels by satellite as well as toilets.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.
