Loved the location- had privacy, beautiful scenery and peaceful! Perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Close by was bike riding trails, fishing, and off-road options. Centrally located to Redstone, Marble, Glenwood Springs and Aspen. Would stay here again.

A quiet rural respite with horses grazing in adjacent pastures, yet close to old downtown Carbondale with its many dining options. Spacious master bedroom is on second floor, as is the only bathroom. Kitchen is well appointed.

We really loved our stay in Carbondale. The house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The surroundings were tranquil and gorgeous. It was nice to come home from our hikes and be able to throw the ball for our labradoodle while the neighbors horse came out to greet us. It was a stormy weekend so we appreciated all the windows and natural light the house provided. The bed was a bit hard for our taste but that was merely preference based. I would highly recommend this property to couple or small family as the only bathroom is located upstairs in the master suite.

We loved our stay in Carbondale! Doran was a great host and communicator throughout our stay. The home is in a lovely private setting that allowed us to take advantage of our time in Carbondale and easily visit Aspen for a few ski days as well. Would definitely come back again!

We have stayed here twice now, and love it. Very homey, clean, cozy ... great views, feels remote yet super close to town. This is our favorite place to stay in Carbondale!

Excellent get away!

Our stay was amazing. This place is gorgeous and very well kept. Being so close to town was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this place to others looking to get away and enjoy some great relaxation time along with some fun to boot.

This lovely well-appointed home in Carbondale Meadow is one of the prettiest spots in the Roaring Fork Valley. With a magnificent view of Mount Sopris, it is an oasis of serenity. The location is perfect. Mere minutes from downtown Carbondale shops, restaurants, yoga studio, and theater, but a peaceful retreat admist the horse pastures. The property is filled with ponds and creeks and fresh green grass so it is cooler. It is a bird watchers" paradise. Just sitting on the front lawn we saw: great blue herons, sandhill cranes, bluebirds (Western and Mountain), flickers, evening grosbeaks, magpies, ash-lthroated flycatcher, kingfisher, and a great horned owl.The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. There is a well-supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook, a laundry, an outdoor dining area, a big green lawn, and walking paths to meditation spots. There is a 2nd bedroom but only one bathroom so suitable only for a couple or family willing to share the upstairs bath in the master suite.The hosts are very nice and attentive to any questions, it is pet friendly.We hope to come back next summer.
