Upon stepping into this sixth-floor condo, you'll immediately be greeted by its fresh coastal decor and new furnishings, complemented by textured tile flooring that enhances its airy ambiance.

Great Condo

This condo had a great view and was right on the beach. The pool area has a great setup also. I could stay here every visit and be happy that I did.

The only thing we wish we would have had is a golf cart. We are very picky on cleanliness and this place surpassed our expectations. All the kids had something to do and was a very relaxing stay for all of us.

The location was very convenient to grocery and shopping which was perfect. Overall we plan to return again as our kids had a wonderful time too! The only thing I would strongly suggest is that there is hand soap at kitchen sink and at least one set of extra towels for both bathrooms and kitchen.

Amazing Getaway!

The location was excellent! Despite the crowd on the summer holiday, the beachfront of our condo was not over-crowded as it was monitored throughout the day! Loved the pool amenities - especially at night with the LED lighting! The condo itself appears more spacious than the pictures. Our daughter kept repeating how comfortable the twin bed was. Location was great! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Great Condo Overall- Needs New Mattresses

Overall we greatly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and perfect location. Our only complaint is the mattresses. The king bed was super soft but had obvious dips from people sleeping in it. The twin mattresses are super cheap- not awful but not good. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it though!

Great Place...will be back

The view was AMAZING from the bedroom and living room. It rained the first few days but we were still able to enjoy the view from our balcony. The room needed a few touch ups but was very clean. The icemaker didnt dispense ice but it wasnt an issue for us as there was always plenty of ice in freezer. Platinum Vactions was extremely helpful with any question or issue we had. Wonderful customer service!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay in Destin; we love it. I never give negative reviews, but this time we were somewhat disappointed in the unit. The wicker deck sofa broke, the dishwasher rollers wouldn't close properly, the guys kept hitting their heads on the table light, which was not centered over the table, and the cabinets are coming apart from the ceiling. The unit needs some attention. The decorating was pleasant and appealing.

Reviewer Comments: My family & I recently stayed at 4061 Beachside One and we did have an enjoyable stay because of great weather, and a great location. The condo however was just adequate. The kitchen silverware didn't look like it had been cleaned or sanitized, we ran the dishwasher 2-3 times before we realized there was only the quickwash cycle that seemed to clean anything. The lack of kitchen utensils made making eggs in the morning a challenge. Our oldest son came with us as an impromptu guest and was intending on sleeping on the pullout couch, but the mattress in the pullout was so uncomfortable that the springs were practically sticking through. Thankfully we had brought an air mattress and he slept on that all week. The king size mattress in the bedroom was very hard. While we were sitting and watching tv, a very large mirror fell off because the cord broke. Thankfully it didn't break and no one was injured. We did enjoy the amount of space and the nice balcony and furniture on the patio. If the amenities were better maintained and improved, I would recommend this place to a friend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building that our rental was in was in the perfect location. However, our unit was unclean, there was sand all over the floor as soon as we arrived. The unit is in great need of repair. Peeling paint on the patio and cracked tiles in the bathroom with haphazard repairs left me unimpressed. The unit comes with no more than 2 trash bags for a week long stay. There was rust and grime on the soap dish in the hall bathroom. There were rope lights hanging out of the kitchen ledges. It just looked like there needed to be many many repairs done. Instead, they just left it. The stove has knows that are so old that you can't tell what burner it turns on. It made it very difficult to use. The fridge has a sign on it saying it won't be completely cooled down for 24 hours. I'm not sure why the fridge isn't always at the cooled temp. The view was wonderful and the beach was pristine. We will be back, but we will not stay in the same unit.
