A tidy living room (sofa, armchairs, satellite flat screen TV, satellite radio, DVD player, board games, books ...) with bay opens on mountains and forest and adjoins a fully equipped kitchen.
There are 2 cozy rooms to the comfortable bedding (bed 160x200 - 2 beds 90x200), a dressing room, a shower room (washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer), WC .
Beds are made for your arrival, the towels are made available.
With electric floor heating with room setting / room, the apartment is isolated at the recent Standard.
These services are included in the rental rate, summer and winter.

End of stay dependent tenants. At your request we can perform this cleaning (to be provided at time of booking: 60 €).

In winter a ski rack is available to you in the entrance hall of the house, a bus stop is 30 m, free to join the Alpine ski resort (1.5 km). At 300 m you will go on cross-country ski trails, as well as to beautiful escapades in skiing, or dog sledding.
In the nearby village equipped Icefall is very attractive.
