Pleasant, friendly relaxing stay in a lovely house

A lovely stay with lovely people, very accomodating, I was given plenty of privacy but there was assistance if needed. Handy location for central Bordeaux, Pessac Léognan, the Medoc, and also St Emilion & Pomerol.

Terrific Talence

Extremely friendly host, Sylvia. The room and bathroom is beautiful and super clean and comfortable. Close to all transport options. Quiet location. Certainly recommended to all travellers visiting Bordeaux.

Wonderful stay

My father and I very much appreciated Joël and Sylvie’s warm hospitality, tips for getting around and exploring the area, and great conversations. Breakfast was a nice bonus. It was a pleasure to stay with such interesting and lovely people. I would give them 6 stars if I could. 🙏❤️

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE

J'ai fait dormir des amis qui venaient travailler dans le quartier ... Ils ne connaissaient pas le système de chambre d'Hôtes, ils sont désormais Conquis surtout grâce à l'accueil et la sympathie du couple qui ont été pour beaucoup ... Finis pour eux les hotels impersonnels.

Basic Accomodation

The layout of the accomodation is not designed for affording suitable privacy to guests. Bedroom is very small with insufficient space for hanging clothes and is full of nick nacks and clutter. The toilet is cramped, basic and again full of clutter. The house echos especially when very young grandchildren are up and about. The breakfast bore no resemblance to the photo. The host Sylvie is very helpful and a kind person, however we felt the need to cut short our stay after two night.

Jolie maison, couple adorable, lit super confortable et petit déjeuner génial!

Esp: El alojamiento es genial. Están preparando una estancia anexa a la casa para acoger a las visitas pero de momento te dejan una zona dentro de la suya con habitación, baño y aseo sólo para ti. La pareja es súper simpática e interesante, han viajado por todo el mundo y les encanta conocer y acoger gente. Además Sylvie habla algo de español. La cama es súper cómoda, todo está limpísimo, los detalles cuidados al máximo (hasta te ponen zapatillas de hotel!) y el desayuno está genial, es tal y como se ve en la foto. Además está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la parada del tranvía que te lleva al centro, en una zona residencial muy agradable y con aparcamiento gratis en la misma puerta. Muy recomendable! Fr: Le logement est génial. Ils sont en train de préparer un lieu annexe à la maison pour accueillir aux visites mais pour le moment ils te laissent une zone à l'intérieur de leur maison avec chambre, bain et toilette que pour toi. Il sont un couple super sympathique et intéressant, ils ont voyagé pour tout le monde et ils adorent connaître et accueillir des gens. En plus Sylvie parle un peu d'espagnol. Le lit est super confortable, tout est très propre, ils font beaucoup d'attention aux détails (même des pantoufles d'hôtel te mettent!) et le petit déjeuner est génial, est comme il est vu sur la photo. De plus la maison se trouve à 10 minutes du tramway qui te porte au centre ville, dans une zone résidentielle très agréable et avec stationnement gratuit dans la même porte. Très recommandable! (Désolée de mon français, j'ai essaiyé de m'exprimer bien mais je ne parle pas bien encore). Fran y Ana, Murcia.

"Tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien

Super séjour grâce à des hôtes très sympathiques. On est à l'aise très rapidement, Sylvie et Joël sont très serviables. Nous avons partagé un agréable moment. L'espace des voyageurs est super (toilettes et (grande) salle de bain tout proche de la chambre) et le petit déjeuner prêt au réveil, c'est extra ! Merci encore. On reviendra !

Sharing a Wonderful Home

Sylvie and Joel were wonderful hosts. Very gracious and helpful, they shared their home preparing a typical French breakfast for us very morning. One could park right in front of their home and walk in ten minutes to the tram for visits into Bordeau. Our bedroom was downstairs and with theirs upstairs we felt we had plenty of privacy. Execellent place. Amazing hosts.

Sylvie and Joel are amazing hosts. Their place is very, very nice, clean, accomodating. They just try to help you with any need that you might have. Sylvie even gave me a little city tour, while coming to pick me up at the arrival to their house. I will recommend their house, amazing hosts. Their house is so welcoming.
