Stay in Ares

We have recently had a lovely and relaxing 11 day stay in the Ares area. The property was a key highlight, plenty of space to relax, cook in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy family time together. The outside space had both shade and sun and the pool was great to cool down. The host was easily contactable and sorted our one problem rapidly. Lots to discover in the surrounding countryside Great family holiday Great family holiday.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, es hat alles geklappt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, ein Auto empfiehlt sich um Einkäufe zu machen, die Gegend um Arès zu erkunden oder an den Atlantik zu fahren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

très bon accueil de l'hote, maison très bien équipée, aucune mauvaise surprise. très bonne qualité de la piscine, maison très spacieuse et très bien entretenue y compris les extérieurs, emplacement de premier choix dans une zone résidentielle très calme. je recommande cette location a tous.

Maison située dans un lotissement de plusieurs centaines d'habitations, impossible à trouver sans GPS, en bordure d'une voie de passage: piétons, cyclistes et même cavalier! des haies d'un mètre de haut. Pour une maison déclarant pouvoir recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes: 3 bains de soleil et 6 chaises dans la salle à manger. Beaucoup trop cher.

Une magnifique semaine dans une maison de reve. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour réussir ses vacances (manque peut être juste une cafetière classique). Sinon tout était parfait! Nous reviendrons peut être un jour....

Excellent séjour à Ares

La maison est superbe et idéalement située. Elle se compose de 4 chambres avec sa SDB privative, ce qui permet de garder son intimité quand vous partez à plusieurs. On peut tout faire a vélo. Irene est très sympathique et disponible si nous rencontrons le moindre soucis avec la maison.

Excellent séjour dans une superbe villa

C'est la 2 eme fois que nous louons cette villa qui est moderne et très fonctionnelle. La présence d'une salle de bains et d'un WC dans chaque chambre est très appréciable et permet l'autonomie de chacun. Les espaces communs (séjour, cuisine et terrasse) sont spacieux et très agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avions demandé à ce que l'escalier soit équipe d'une sécurité enfant et le portillon était en place à notre arrivée. Petit bémol sur le robot de la piscine défaillant qui a dû être remplacé pendant notre séjour. Je recommande cette location. Son confort et la présence de la piscine permettent de profiter pleinement de vacances familiales.

maison tres agreable

la maison est situee dans un quartier tres calme, a proximite du centre d'ares et a 20 minutes du cap ferret (quand il n'y a pas de bouchons!). elle est equipee de tout le confort moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses et chacune equipees d'une salle de bains qui est tres appreciable.l'exterieur est tres bien fait avec la piscine chauffee et securisee (nous etions avec 5 enfants et n'avons pas eu de souci) et le barbecue. je recommande sans hesitation.

Villa juste parfaite

Située à 2 pas du centre d'Arès, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, la villa offre des prestations de qualité. Les pièces sont spacieuses et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle d'eau. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Je recommande, sans hésiter.

Très bon choix !

Maison tout à fait conforme à la description. Confortable, bien aménagée et suffisamment spacieuse pour 8 personnes. Un transat ou deux en plus sur la terrasse aurait été les bien venus...Accueil très sympa, infos touristiques à disposition. Endroit idéal pour les balades à vélo (prenez quand même un kit de réparation en cas de crevaison...). Si vous voulez vous rendre à la dune du Pilat en pleine saison, suivez les conseils de la proprio : Aller jusqu'au Cap Ferret en voiture et attraper la première navette bateau pour Arcachon (départ à 9h30) et puis le bus n°1 près de la gare... si vous partez plus tard, il y aura beaucoup de monde! Bref une très belle semaine entre amis dans une maison confortable que je recommande sans réserve.
