Quiet and close to the village, on 2500m2 of land with century-old trees and vines. 120m2 gĂźte classified 4 stars by the new furnished tourism standards. The Estate, made up of 2 cottages, is calm and green, very close to the center of Vallon and the rivers. With family or friends, it is an ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation.

The Bleu gĂźte for 8 people includes:

A spacious 40m2 living room, comfortable LED TV, blu-ray player, stereo and internet.
A fully equipped independent kitchen.
1 independent terrace of 25m2 with pool view and barbecue
2 large bedrooms with double beds (1 of 140 and 1 of 160)
1 large mezzanine bedroom with 4 single beds, LED TV, blu-ray player, Wii console.
2 walk-in shower rooms and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You have 120 m2 of private terrace and can also share a heated and secure swimming pool, a bowling green, a ping-pong table, and a shaded relaxation area in the middle of the vineyards with hammock, swing, etc.
The land and the swimming pool are common to both gĂźtes.

Wunderbares Objekt in toller Lage

Das schön renovierte Steinhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Das GrundstĂŒck ist ausgesprochen groß und schön gestaltet mit Schwimmbad, BĂ€umen, Weinreben sowie PlĂ€tzen zum Sitzen und entspannen. Herzlichen Dank an David und die vermittelte gute Betreuung vor Ort.

Geen airco en heel veel muggen

Prima verblijf gehad, mooie omgeving. Maar het was onduidelijk op de website dat er meerdere appartementen verhuurd worden op hetzelfde terrein. De foto's op de website zijn van verschillende appartementen die er verhuurd worden. Het zwembad is te klein om met meerdere families te delen. Dus kon je niet vrij gaan zwemmen. We misten de airco, aangezien de warmte in de slaapvertrekken blijft hangen. Door de vele muggen en het ontbreken van horren konden de ramen niet open in de nacht. Goede muggenspray is belangrijk om mee te nemen, de muggen steken de gehele dag. De kwaliteit van de bedden/matrassen kan zeker verbeterd worden. Riviertje en stadje is op loopafstand. max 20 minuten. Wel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van verschillende faciliteiten zoals pingpong tafel jeu de boule, wasmachine, hangmat en bbq.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Lage ist prima. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es funktioniert alles! WLAN war gut ...haben sogar ein EM Spiel geschaut. BettwĂ€sche ist leider nicht im Preis inkludiert, wird mit 20€ pro Bett berechnet ebenso HandtĂŒcher mit 10€.

Nicht billg, aber toll

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen,12 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortskern entfernt. Da man in dem Ort absolut alles machen kann, ist die Lage perfekt. Das Haus ist groß, aber im Sommer warm, weil nicht klimatisiert. Mann sollte hier ein bis zwei Tage zur eigenen Akklimatisierung berĂŒcksichtigen, ansonsten stehen Ventilatoren bereit. Das Haus ist vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, der Pool ist nicht groß, aber sauber und gepflegt und mit Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet, inklusive Kapselmaschine. Der Vermieter versprach, in nĂ€chster Zeit auch Fliegengitter zu installieren. Das W-Lan selbst ist vom Mobilfunknetz abhĂ€ngig, Youtube schauen oder Live Podcats hören ist nur sehr selten möglich gewesen. FĂŒr die angegeben 8 Leute wĂ€re der Aufenthalt insgesamt ein bisschen eng, fĂŒr 4 Leute ist es perfekt. Man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 Minuten bei allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und der Weg zum Pont dÂŽarc ist nur etwa 15 Minuten, dort ist auch ein Strand, der vormittags noch relativ frei ist. Restaurants: Meidet wenn möglich das „Restaurant“ Le Coconuts, das Essen ist grausam und völlig ĂŒberteuert. Ein „Burger“ fĂŒr 13,50 Euro besteht hier zum Beispiel aus zwei Scheiben Toastbrot mit einer Boulette und Ketchup. NatĂŒrlich kalt. GetrĂ€nke kommen aus Dosen. Macht am besten einen großen Bogen darum, auch wenn es nett aussieht. Empfehlen können wir das Monte Christo und das Placette. Tolle AtmosphĂ€re, tolles Essen. Wir können das Haus gern weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafte Ferien

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen mit unseren Teenager-Kindern in diesem wundervollen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist super sauber, top ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schön war, dass es ein Fotobuch gibt, das die Zeit des Umbaus und der Renovierung des GebĂ€udes erzĂ€hlt - das hat es noch einmal ganz anders fĂŒr uns "mit Leben gefĂŒllt". Der Pool und der Garten sind toll angelegt. Wir haben unsere Zeit am und im Haus genossen und auch viele Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung gemacht. Ins Ortszentrum sind es etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß, dort bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit David war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall ohne EinschrĂ€nkungen weiter empfehlen und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Familievakantie

Leuk ingerichte woning, tof voor een familievakantie. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig in overvloed. Enige minpuntje is dat de temperatuur van het verwarmde zwembad maar op 25gr stond en dat vinden we iets te fris met de kleine kindjes. Leuke vakantie gehad!

Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Haus in großartiger Lage!

Das Haus, die Einrichtung und das GelĂ€nde haben Charme. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders den Pool haben wir bei zeitweise 40 Grad genossen. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Vallon-Pont-DÂŽ Arc ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. In der Region gibt es viel zu sehen und zu tun. Der Empfang war nett und unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage.

In dem Haus fĂŒhlt man sich sofort wohl. Sehr schön restauriertes Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Der Pool war bei dem warmen Wetter ein Segen. Im Nachbarhaus wohnte der MiteigentĂŒmer mit Familie, sehr angenehmer Kontakt . Vallon Pont Arc ist ein schöner Ort, das Zentrum vom Haus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll ist der Sandstrand mit schattenspendenden BĂ€umen direkt am Pont Arc. Unbedingt die Schlucht per Kanu erkunden. Wir haben die 37 km in zwei Etappen absolviert (13 und 24 km). FĂŒr Mountainbikefans gibt es super Strecken mit vielen Singletrails im Salavas Foret westlich vin Vallon Pont Arc. Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Absolute Empfehlung!

L'ArdĂšche authentique

Magnifique bùtiment ardéchois restauré avec soin dans un parc de verdure au calme, à deux pas des commodités. Idéalement situé pour les visites (grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac, gorges de l'ArdÚche).

Kommen gerne wieder.

Alles ist sehr großzĂŒgig. Die RĂ€ume, die Terrasse, der Außenbereich und der Pool. Sehr angenehm und ruhig gelegen. Aber das Dorf ist ebenfalls Ă€ußerst gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Superbe villa. TrĂšs bien ammĂ©nagĂ©e et trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. A 10 min Ă  pied de Vallon Pont d'Arc. Proche de tas d'activitĂ©s. Des moustiquaires seraient les bienvenus aux fenĂȘtres et la climatisation aiderait Ă  dormir (du moins Ă  l'Ă©tage) en cas de forte chaleur, comme ce fut le cas durant notre sĂ©jour. A conseiller.

A great place to enjoy the ArdĂȘche

The property is well placed for making the most of the popular Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. Quiet and peaceful, but walking distance from the bustling holiday town. We had a great week here.

Een fijne woning in een mooi gebied!

In de 2e helft van april verbleven wij een week met onze kinderen (9, 6 en 0) in deze woning in de ArdÚche. Ondanks dat we maar 2 dagen zonnig weer hadden, hebben wij een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het huis is ruim en compleet, en zichtbaar met passie verbouwd (leuk om even in het fotoboek te kijken hoe het er voorheen uitzag). Wij sliepen beneden met eigen badkamer en boven sliepen de kinderen, eveneens met eigen badkamer. Op homeaway staat geen foto van de keuken, maar deze is ook volledig in stijl gerenoveerd en heel compleet uitgerust. Voor onze jongste was er een kinderstoel, babybedje en zelfs een traphekje. Voor de oudere kinderen is er een spelcomputer en natuurlijk het zwembad. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, bijv. kanoën, de grotten of het lavendel museum. Het stadje is op loopafstand met genoeg restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het vliegveld van Montpellier is ca 2 uur rijden. Het huis is erg koel, wat fijn is bij warme dagen. Op het balkon kun je door de parasol en het doek ook in de schaduw zitten. De barbecue aan en het vakantiegevoel is compleet. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad en kunnen deze woning zeker aanbevelen!

Wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder : 8,11,15,18 Jahre) verbrachten 2 wunderbare erholsame Wochen in diesem charmanten Haus. Es ist sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hat alles was man fĂŒr den Alltag braucht (waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine...)und der Pool und Garten ist auch sehr schön . Die Zimmer sind gross und es gibt genug Spielzeug/ BeschĂ€ftigungsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr jung und alt (Tischtennis, Gesellschaftsspiele,...) Wir fĂŒhlten uns vom 1.Moment an wie zuhause und konnten gut entspannen. Einziger Mangel: WIFI funktionnierte nicht und somit auch kein Internet Fernsehen. Das war gelegentlich Ă€rgerlich zur Fussball-WM und Tour de France. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen! Familie Halsdorf-Weis
