This Provencal house is decorated with a lot of charm and comfort. There is a large 100-m² terrace and a living room offering a panoramic view of the small Provencal village of Plascassier and the pre-Alps. The living room and the open-plan kitchen open directly to the terrace and the 10-m free-form pool that is heated seasonally. There is a removable fence and an alarm system installed for the security of small children. Each bedroom (2 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs) has a shower room and three have their own toilet. One bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub and a baby-changing table. The living room has character and charm with a cathedral ceiling and a monumental chandelier, as well as 3 sliding windows allowing it to completely open to the terrace, the swimming pool, and the view. This house is very well equipped, upscale and everything is new: a Bose stereo system, TV in the bedrooms, air conditioning, the induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and refined dinnerware.

Great View property with heated Pool

Had a wonderful stay in September, with a great heated pool, and spectacular view of Plascassier village. Fully equipped kitchen and great location to explore the flowered villages of the area. The owner was also very responsive if need be. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Property!

We stayed for a week in October. We were a group of 9 at all ages. It was fantastic. The property was well advertised, well kitted out and very comfortable. It is set in a very peaceful setting, close to amenities. The heated pool was a huge hit with the children who were in for hours. We would definitely recommend this property to other families.

A week to remember

Loved this property , ideally situated for those who dont want to drive and instead rely on public transport, restaurants ,bars ,supermarket and bakery within walking distance ,got bus or train to Antibes ,Maoaco ,Nice , Grasse and Valbonne . Fabulous views of Plascassier village in the evening whilst relaxing beside the pool .Ubers available locally , staff in local restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful , the property was very well equiped for our group ( 10 adults ) , Looking forward to visiting the area again .satisified traveler . Beautiful piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Although unpretentious from the narrow lane the house is on, the gate opens up to a beautiful piece of paradise with a lovely garden and wonderful pool. The views are beautiful as are the sunsets and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The house was well-equipped and the inside pictures of the main living room do not do justice to how expansive the area feels as it opens out to the garden. The host was very responsive to our initial inquiries as well as while we were there.The bedrooms were not huge (and the upstairs ones a bit warm overnight) but very functional for our needs and also well-equipped with nice views. The property is well-situated with 20-40 minute drives to Antibes, Cannes, and Nice. The surrounding mountains are just breath-taking. It really did suit our party of 11 perfectly and contributed to a wonderful celebration and vacation.

Family holiday

The property was in an excellent location and was a quality villa. The pool was very good and was easy to use and private.We did however experience one major problem and one more minor.The major problem was the air conditioning did not work for our whole 10 night trip. This was despite various people coming to try unsuccessfully to get it working. We kept blinds and shutters down as requested but still the indoor downstairs temperature was 27 or 28 and the night time temperatures upstairs were 29.5. This made it extremely uncomfortable especially as we had 2 young babies (4 months and 8 months old) in the house who were overheating at night. The air con was pre - set at 22 so clearly was not working. We hired the villa with air conditioning and this was not available for our whole visit. We requested 4 fans, we did get 3 fans delivered but this was not enough for the number of bedrooms occupied, they did help a bit but only circulated hot air.The more minor problem was the BBQ which we reported not working properly on day 2. A man came to fix it, he identified the part required but never came back to repair it. As we hired a villa with air conditioning which turned out to be a false description we would like a partial refund for our stay please. Could Vrbo take up this matter please.I would like to stress this is an excellent villa, very high quantity and in a great location for exploring, and I would fully recommend it if the air conditioning was in full working order.

Hus i lantligt läge

Ett väldigt härligt hus med bra och trevliga gemensamma sociala ytor både inne och ute. Fascinerande utsikt över bergen. Det fanns många sovrum, duschar, toaletter och ett badkar. En relativt stor uppvärmd pool som användes flitigt. Bra soldäck med gott om plats för alla. Saknade en grill då det bara fanns ett stekbord.Gångväg till bageri och mataffärVägen till bostaden var väldigt dåligt underhållen, tack och lov var den kort. Skulle önskat en tydlig instruktion om sophanteringen när det gäller hur soporna ska sorteras och var man ska slänga dem. Det finns mycket att se och uppleva inom en halvtimmas bilresa. Valbonne Bar sur Loup Grasse Antibes Cannes och Nice.

Huset är fantastiskt fint, fina uteplatser nära poolen. Fin planlösning med stort vardagsrum med utsikt över bergen. Köket var välutrustat. De 6 sovrummen passade oss bra, sköna sängar. Vi var där med barn och barnbarn. Huset passade oss utmärkt, vi var totalt 11 personer. Kändes aldrig för litet, vi trivdes. Nära till bageri, pizzarestaurang och en välutrustad supermarket. Vi gjorde utflykter till Mougin, Antibes, Cannes. En härlig vecka, vi återkommer gärna

Tolle geräumiges Finca

Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und geräumig und sehr schön. In der Finca gibt es 5 Schlafzimmer mit Betten und ein Zimmer mit einem Schlafsofa. Alle Zimmer haben eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken, manche sogar auch noch eine separate Toilette. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und idyllisch.

Tolles Haus in optimaler Lage

Unkomplizierte Anreise, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Liebevoll eingerichtetetes, super ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr zentral zu allem was und wichtig war. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren. Optimal für 10 Erwachsene + 2 Kindern

Sehr schöne Villa in guter und ruhiger Lage mit schönem Ausblick auf Plascassier. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Viel Platz für Freunde und Familie. Unsere Kinder haben den beheizten Pool genossen und wir schöne Außenanlage des Hauses. Super Lage für Ausflüge in die Region. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
