3 rooms .
Two terraces: a south facing 30m² with plancha and the other north of 9m².
Close to all amenities: medical center, pharmacy, supermarkets, media library, municipal swimming pool.
Storey house: on the ground floor the living room with kitchen and TV, a small bedroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and two bedrooms: a large 15 m² and the other 9 m² with ceiling height limited (rather for 1 or 2 children)
Tramway 2 min walk.
Montpellier 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by tram.
Sea (Villeneuve Maguelone or Palavas the waves) to 10-15 minutes.
Sète: 20 minutes

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren 3 Wochen in den Sommerferien in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer. Sie ist gut gelegen, es ist nicht weit nach Arles oder auch Narbonne. Es gibt viele Strände, die innerhalb von 30 Min zu erreichen sind. Die Übergabe war problemlos.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, propriétaire a l'écoute du bien être de notre famille, un quartier au calme avec tout commerce a proximité. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et plaisante. L'accueil a été vraiment au top! Merci pour ces belles vacances

Bon séjour dans le sud

Un bel appartement lumineux et proche des commerces. Un très bon séjour dans le sud. La propriétaire Audrey, avec qui, nous avons échangé par mail, est très agréable et arrangeante. Merci à Claire qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement!
