Guesthouse. Private and detached from main house, located on 12, heavily treed, acres. Very secluded and peaceful with lots of wildlife in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views. You'll enter 2 gates. One by gate opener, one by hand due to free roaming horse. You will need transportation, but we're central to everything: A quick, easy 4 mile drive to downtown Boerne; Grocery stores are 12-15 min away. Boerne Lake 2.2 miles; Luckenbach 23 miles; Sisterdale 9 miles; Fredericksburg 30 miles; Bandera 21 miles; Fiesta Texas/ Six Flags 19 miles; Seaworld 27 miles; Comfort 12 miles; Kerrville 27 miles; Historic Camp Verde 21 miles; Guadalupe River State Park 16 miles; San Antonio River Walk 34 miles.
There’s a free ranging horse and 4 outside cats on property. There’s also a dog and chickens behind fenced-in-backyard at main house. The property is rugged and uneven. Use caution. You might encounter critters, chiggers, racoons, armadillos, opossums, scorpions, snakes, deer, wild turkeys, etc
