Very beautiful house of character located in the heart of Provence. Surrounded by a vineyard and a wood, real haven of peace, can accommodate till 16 peoples on a 300m² area.
There is a vast kitchen-living room (85m²) with an entrance, a living & dining room and an equipped kitchen . This space has a direct access to the shaded terrace with two big bay windows.
Close to the dining room, there is a bedroom (25m²) which can welcome people with reduced mobility. A vast shower room with a shower, a twin vanity sinks and a toilet is attached.
Upstaires, three warm bedrooms (19m²) have their own shower room (shower and sink) et a separate toilet.
The kid's zone (30m²) consists of a dormitory room with six beds (three bunk beds), a bath room and a separate toilet.
The small living room upstairs is a room when you can rest or read. We can adapt this room in order to get a guest bedroom thanks to a sofa bed and a curtain to separate it from the corridor.
There are a laundry and a garage as well. The house has an underfloor heating reversible dowstairs and reversible heaters upstairs.
This old house has been completely renovated and owns new furnitures.
A swimming pole (9x4m) is close to the house. Other activites are available : a bowling green, a table tennis, board games, .... A barbecue is at your disposal.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés en famille dans cette grande et belle maison. Les équipements sont parfaits, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut aussi bien pour l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Quel luxe d'avoir une salle de bains dans chaque chambre. L'emplacement au calme et au milieu des vignes sans être trop loin des commerces est un vrai plus également. Merci à Aurélie pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour.

Maison magnifique au coeur du vignoble. Plusieurs chambres avec salle de douche attenante. Tout est propre et de qualité. Rien à dire de négatif (manque juste un ou deux vélos ;). Un grand merci à Aurélie pour son accueil.

La maison est magnifique. Tout est neuf et de qualité. L'intérieur est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 16 avec des enfants et l'agencement de la maison, ainsi que les salles de bains et toilettes privatives à chaque chambre permettent que chaque famille ait son espace. idéal donc pour les vacances entre amis. Les pièces à vivre sont très spacieuses. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bons conseils pour les visites à effectuer aux alentours. Piscine magnifique. La localisation au milieu des vignes garantit une vue superbe et un calme absolu. Néanmoins beaucoup de commerces à proximité (10 min, dont plusieurs Drive). Une voiture est cependant nécessaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Notre séjour de quinze jours à la villa Martin.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Martin, au coeur des vignes et très au calme. La maison est très bien conçue et adaptée pour accueillir plusieurs familles avec enfants. Dîner sous les tilleuls, barbecue, piscine bien entretenue, terrain de boules et table de ping pong ont ravi les grands et les petits. Une expérience que nous renouvellerons. Karin et Jérôme.
