Holiday house of about 80m2 in secure wooded park in Les Sables d'Olonne, La Pironnière, close to the sea.
Perfect orientation to enjoy the sun all day by the pool!
Ideal for 2 couples with children

The house has a private garden, a beautiful terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (heated on request with supplement) with alarm.

Maison balnéaire très agréable avec sa piscine et sa terrasse

Très agréable pour rester au bord de la piscine avec le mobilier de jardin et la terrasse. Tous les repas en extérieur sur la terrasse. Plusieurs supermarchés à proximité de 5 min en voiture. De vrais espaces séparés pour deux couples avec leur salle de douche et la chambre des enfants. Maison très fonctionnelle et agréable

l'hôte, Mme CABAL a démontré une grande disponibilité et réactivité, à chaque demande. La villa était très propre, et bien équipée, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Une proposition, préciser le numéro de la villa dans le site, nous pensions que c'était le 28!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, qui est conforme à la description de l'annonce. La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse et très à l'écoute. La piscine, que du bonheur car nous avons eu un temps très chaud. La villa est très fonctionnelle, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y retournerons car la région est magnifique.

Lovely holiday home in the Vendee

We stayed for 9 nights at this lovely holiday home towards the end of August. The place was very clean, modern and well eqippued apart from a BBQ (we purchased one in the end), which would be worth the owner making available in future. We decided not to heat the pool as it was the end of the summer and the previous tenant had heated it .. the temperature slightly cooled by the end of week. I would reiterate the point a previous review has made, the bed in the main room is very low and probably too big for the room, and not suitable for the elderly. My mother (whose sight is impaired) caught her leg on the wooden frame and required stitches. Apart from that I would recommend to all families wanting to stay at a great holiday home in a secure park near to some of the Vendee's beautiful beaches.

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille. Maison très agréable et très bien exposée. Le seul point négatif c’est que nous n’avons eu la maison qu’au environ de 17h (et encore on devait l’avoir à 18h45) bcp trop tard quand on arrive et que l’on doit s’installer et aller faire des courses.

A really nice place, but not without its niggles.

The site comprises a large number of villas of varying sizes in a quiet, gated development.Just outside the gate is a reception area where bikes can be hired, and there is a restaurant, bar and various play facilities including a full sized swimming pool. These facilities were a little basic, but they are hardly likely to be the focus of such a holiday You can also buy your morning bread and croissants there - still warm! The villa is comfortable, very clean and generally well furnished with all the amenities you could really expect. Although we did not get to meet the owner, it is apparent that they take pride in their holiday home. One disappointment was that the wi-fi was down for most of our stay due, it seems, to an erratic radio link. However, there is a good phone signal with 4G so essential internet use was still possible. We paid for pool heating which we considered very well worthwhile, experiencing a consistent temperature of 27 deg. Many of the neighbouring villas had little privacy around their pools. This one, however, is totally screened from the roadway and only marginally overlooked from other villa gardens. The excellent beaches of Les Sable d'Olonne are just a few km away, easily reached by bike in about 20 minutes. We did not explore the region very much as we were quite content to spend most of our time relaxing around and in the pool, soaking up some welcome sunshine. A small point - my wife and I are getting on a bit and found the very low bed a bit of a challenge. Made more so by the lack of space around the bed. Getting out of bed, especially, was a bit of a struggle. This could be a real problem for someone with restricted mobility. Overall - we recommend this villa.
