We’re so happy you ladies enjoyed our largest property Schell Topia with five bedrooms and almost 4000 ft.². It is nice when everyone can have their own space. We often get great comments, especially with multiple families that have their own private living quarters away from others. And what is also amazing is the fact that we have a fabulous cleaning team that has the entire property immaculate inside and out. I wish you would’ve mentioned that having all seven of you ladies in the hot tub at one time was important to you prior to booking. The Schell Topia hot tub is a smaller one that best accommodates 3 to 4 people. We have other properties, especially SeaGlass, that can fit 10 to 12 people in the hot tub. The trade-off would be four bedrooms instead of five. Please ask lots of questions next time before booking on what your priorities are and we can help fit you in the best property. I’m sure you noticed that several years ago we extended the pool deck and that all eight Polywood loungers and Adirondack chairs are in the sun. But I agree in the fall sometimes the temperatures can dip, also we had some record breaking low temps across the nation. Even with lower temperatures, we keep the pool heater set between 85 and 87° year-round and we do not charge you extra for the heat. The same week you stayed at Schell Topia we were in Fort Worth Texas in a short term rental when the temps dropped. We rented a property with a pool to enjoy with our grandkids. Of course there were 1 million leaves in the pool and they provided no heater so we ended up not being able to use the pool. It happens. We didn’t ask enough questions! If full sun and heat/humidity are most important to you we recommend next time you consider staying sometime March through September. Our rates will be higher during the hot high season and our lowest rates of the year are mid September through mid November We look forward to you all returning in the future. Thank you so much for your positive review. I wish you would have asked about beaches. Not sure where you exactly went but typically we can get to Fort Myers Beach in 30 minutes or even the newly rebuilt Sanibel Causeway beaches are only 30 minutes away. I admit the Cape Coral boathouse beach is no longer available that might have only been 15 or 20 minutes away, so we will take a look at our description. But again had you asked we would have certainly shared this with you. We do provide beach wagon, cooler, beach toys for our guests to make a day of it at the beach.
