Franco-Italian family, rent a completely renovated house (2016) with sunny terrace for 4 people in the heart of the village and the island of Ustica. It is a short walk from shops, the harbor, swimming spots, diving centers and hiking trails. On two floors, it includes: on the first floor, a living room with a sofa (pull-out double bed) and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room; on the second, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and a sunny terrace of around 25m². By an external staircase, from the terrace you access a small solarium. Air conditioner. No wifi. Connection possible on the top floor of the house and on the terrace.

Proprietà in centro

La proprietà si trova in pieno centro, quindi ottima per raggiungere ogni zona dell’isola. Il proprietario non risiede ad Ustica, ma la comunicazione è stata comunque eccellente. La referente in loco è Angela, persona davvero squisita e disponibile. Unico neo è stata la rete del letto matrimoniale, che non è appunto una rete ma assi di legno appoggiate, e a causa del mal di schiena mattutino abbiamo preferito dormire sul divano letto in sala.

Ustica in relax

Casa perfetta per il nostro soggiorno a Ustica, in pieno centro, vicino alla piazza principale e alla fermata del bus/navetta che gira tutta l'isola e porta nelle varie Cale. Confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in un'isola meravigliosa. Casa deliziosa, in centro ma lontana dal caos

La casa è in una posizione ideale: in centro ma lontana dal caos della piazza principale. Molto confortevole, grande disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Comodissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia nella casa del gentilissimo Sig.Vincenzo, il quale ci ha assistito con molta disponibilità fin da subito, aiutandoci con gli spostamenti sull'isola ed utili suggerimenti per le immersioni. L'appartamento è a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale ed è quindi comodissimo per qualsiasi spostamento. La terrazza è molto spaziosa e dalla parte più alta si può vedere anche il mare! Ustica è favolosa, e da questo appartamento può essere visitata in tutta comodità!

Casa tipica usticese

La casa si trova in una viuzza tranquilla ad un passo dal centro. E' comoda a tutto: bar, ristoranti supermercato attività del centro .... arredo minimal ma funzionale e completo. Accoglienza e organizzazione pre e post arrivo perfetta e impeccabile grazie a Teresa e Vincenzo ( il proprietario). Casa pulita e confortevole. Terrazza fantastica!

Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble

Un propriétaire attentionné et réactif qui donne de bons conseils avant le départ et répond rapidement lorsqu'il y a un soucis. Appartement agréable, très propre, et très bien situé dans le village. Une belle terrasse pour qui veut de l'intimité mais sans vue sur le merveilleux paysage de l'île, l'essentiel y est mais avec quelques détails pouvant être améliorés : un store sur le velux de la chambre pour cacher la lumière, la serrure de la porte d'entrée à changer et un double des clés pour être indépendant, quelques commodités du quotidien (sacs poubelles, pinces à linge, une multiprise dans la chambre et la cuisine...), une petite touche de décoration et ce sera parfait!

Posizione comoda proprio al centro del paese. Casa accogliente e curata, bagno e cucina nuovi.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nella settimana a cavallo di Ferragosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. E' posizionata nel centro del paese, vicina a tutti i ristoranti, bar e minimarket. Con l'autobus si raggiungono facilmente le cale dove poter fare il bagno e anche il porto per eventuali escursioni in barca è molto vicino. La casa è molto carina, è stata ristrutturata da poco ed i servizi sono praticamente nuovi. La terrazza e la cucina che si affaccia su di essa sono sicuramente il punto forte della casa per delle piacevoli cene e colazioni all'aperto. In più non abbiamo mai patito il caldo durante la notte nella stanza da letto che era il nostro principale timore prima della partenza. Vincenzo, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibile a spegarci tutto prima della partenza e a darci i riferimenti per ogni esigenza sull'isola. Non possiamo far altro che ringraziare Vincenzo per la sua gentilezza e ospitalità e consigliare sicuramente la sua casa ad Ustica a tutti quelli che vorranno esplorare questa magnifica isola ed il suo mare trasparente.
