Charming house with its own beach in the National Parc of Mols close to Ebeltoft

The house (50 sqm) is full of charm and modernized in 2012. It has: well-appointed living room with sofa, dining area and open kitchen with washing machine. Nice double bedroom. Bathroom, with shower and floor heating. Small aisle with washer and dryer. Spacious loft that can be used by both children and adults. Bedroom and loft combine 4 comfortable beds, but another two can sleep in the Annex, which is separate from the main house.
Outside there is established a new large wooden deck where there is shelter from the wind. Here it is nice to relax and enjoy many meals. There is a pizza stone oven, a grill, fireplace and two good bikes. The house sits on a large and sunny site with the natural forest in the backyard. There is 100 m to private child-friendly beach where you also find excellent angling opportunities.
The house is at the foot of the hills of Mols so there are numerous hiking and cycling opportunities from the house.
Ebeltoft with its countless attractions is 10 km away and there is a bike path all the way.
The place invites you to an active holiday with the family: fun in the garden with play and games and enjoy the campfire at night. Water activities, as well as numerous trips into the beautiful National Park of Mols. On a rainy day you can go to Ebeltoft and make use of their many attractions and activities.
in Femmøller Beach about 1km away we are fortunate to have a small grocery shop with fresh bread and not less than 3 fine restaurants, if you need to be pampered.
