We loved our stay! The apartment is in a beautifully renovated old house with so much charm and character. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect—close to downtown and super convenient for my niece’s wedding. The hosts were kind and responsive, and we felt so welcomed. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Oklahoma City!
All was good. Just noted that batteries in 3 fire / co2 detectors needed replacing which i did as they were chirping. Also remote for tv needs replacing. A small tv in den would be nice.
This apartment was well worth the amount we spent! It was well-equipped with essentials like shampoo, soaps, towels, trash bags, TP, disinfectant wipes, coffee, etc. It worked well for our weekend stay! The neighborhood was a little rough, but it was still very peaceful!
My husband and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful weekend getaway. This little apartment was exactly as pictured/listed online and exactly what we needed! Our communication with Dennis was exceptional and the entire process simple. Highly recommend this property and lister!
Nice place, quiet, private pkng in back!! Only minor complaints- weak internet, internet box keeps beeping every minute, & management company not available during the night when troubleshooting to get in!!!
Because it was an old build in the center of northern Oklahoma City we weren't sure what to expect. The apartment was very nicely done with everything we needed. It still retained its character but did not feel old or run down. Was well worth the money. Beware of the security system in the apartment if they dont give you a code.

Don’t book this place
Dirty sheets, visible hairs in the sheets, bad smell. We didn’t stay, left after check in and went to find a hotel. Extremely disappointed. First time I had a bad experience with short term rentals.

The house was exactly what we needed. In fact we will book again in the Spring.
We were in town for our son’s regatta and the house was conveniently located near the Boathouse district. We pulled in at night and the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy. But the next day we drove around and realized this is an area that is being revitalized. The street this house is located on seems to have houses that have all been remodeled.
The King bed was great. The bathroom had all necessities. We used the kitchen a lot as we were cooking for the crew team. It had all necessities. It is a bit small but if I can cook for 90 rowers, I know it will be sufficient for anyone staying here.
We will be back in the Spring. Twice! Will be booking again.
