Beautiful Home! Two Masters! Less than One Mile to the Beach!

Brand new chic furnishings in a beautiful Naples Park pool home! The house is located less than one mile from Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. The home has all of the most up-to-date conveniences, great southern exposure, and a 500 block Naples Park location.
Three bedrooms and three full baths plus a den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, and has granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. You’ll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party.
There is seating for eight at the dining room table, and four at the breakfast bar. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the 60" television.

Enjoy swimming in our private heated saltwater pool! The lanai is wonderful and super private with full fencing and lush landscaping, and very inviting with beautiful pavers and plenty of seating.

Enjoy grilling by the pool with our Weber propane grill!

The first Master suite is a lovely retreat with a new king-sized bed, a flat screen television, and separate access to the pool. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower and double sinks . The second master also has a brand new king sized bed, TV, and an adjacent bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bath and a flat screen television. There is also a den which can be used as a fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a desk for the laptop (if you must!). Sleeps eight in all!

We have everything you’ll need for the beach as well, with beach towels, sand chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. We also have three bikes for rides to the beach or to any of the nearby shopping and restaurants.

This home is close to beaches, upscale dining, shopping and entertainment! Just pack your swimsuit and enjoy the ultimate Naples lifestyle when you visit!

We are Terre and Phil, full-time Naples residents since 2012. We have a 23-year-old daughter who is in Biotech in Boston. We moved here twelve years ago from the San Francisco Bay Area.
We enjoy travel, dining out with family and friends; and boating, fishing and swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is very spacious, with a very comfortable open floor plan. The pool is large, with Southern exposure. The lanai and yard are fenced in and very private. As soon as you enter the front door, you'll feel like you're getting away from it all.
