Welcome to Off the Grid villa as seen on HGTV's Caribbean Life. A true Caribbean oceanfront vacation. Pamper yourself and let your cares slip away, if even for a few days. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom private Turks and Caicos rental villa sits directly on the ocean in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Away from the crowds of Grace Bay, to the quieter side of the island known for stunning views of gin clear, turquoise water, white sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, and of course orange tropical sunsets. 4 night minimum required.

This villa is a hidden gem in a slice of paradise. Miles of white sand , calm breezes unlike Grace Bay, and tons of room to explore in and out of the water. Swim, snorkel, kayak, frolic or bask in the sun in our 25 x 18 foot salt water infinity edge swimming pool. At night, dine Alfresco under the stars and listen to...nothing.. only the sounds of the water as it hits the shoreline. Ideal for small families, couples or singles.

A few short minutes drive down the road leads to two of the most sought after locations in the entire Turks and Caicos, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches . Walk 2 to 3 miles out and the water is not even waist deep. Perfect for everyone, kids, persons who are not great swimmers or elderly. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Las Brisas, the closest restaurant to our Villa. Rent pontoons, jet skis, paddle boards, boats and more with Silly Creek water sports on the beach.

Off the grid villa was such a wonderful place to stay. The views never got old! We loved using the pool, sitting on the deck for morning coffee, grilling and dining at the outdoor patio table. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were always responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Off The Grid. We had communicated with both Tim, the owner, and Cady, the property manager, before we arrived. They were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. View from the house was spectacular… Very hard to believe the water is really that aqua and that clear! They have air-conditioning throughout the house, which is very nice. Also, the beach access is another wonderful benefit. Our first time to Turks and Caicos, and we certainly enjoyed ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the pre-trip communication was excellent and Cady was great when we arrived and throughout our stay. The house with access to Chalk Sound, the pool, the beach chairs, the grill, was very comfortable for our group of five. We enjoyed the local beaches and others throughout the island. The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Perfect home for our blended family birthday celebration! The house is stocked with everything we needed from sunscreen to bug spray, beach chairs and a cooler, plenty of towels and lots of space to live about! We loved the location and rented a four wheel drive vehicle to access numerous beaches around the island. We had a chef come in one night and he was able to create a gourmet dining experience with the kitchenware already there. Great design for outdoor and indoor living. Loved the terraces walking down to the water. Absolutely perfect

After having flights canceled and running back to a hotel room and booking this spectacular place on a whim, it truly changed our life. We always search for the most private place. This was probably the most private we have ever had. We had everything we needed including the neighborhood dog, Peaches, very hard to leave her. Awesome time at "Off the Grid" in Turks and Caicos!

This "Off the Grid" VRBO was a perfect location for our group of 3 couples to relax and unwind. The house and accommodations were very nice and clean. The outdoor patio around the pool was a perfect hang out spot throughout the day. We also spent time at the private "beach" area by Chalk sound and did some kayaking and snorkeling in the sound. The setting and privacy of this house was perfect!

The house was amazing. We loved the location over in the chalk sound. Close to a few less populated but beautiful beaches. 15-20 minute ride into the area of the island with resorts and shopping. The pool, fire pit, and water access into the sound was perfect. Views were unbelievable. Cady was super helpful at checkin and for everything we need during the week. Would definitely come back.

The property was truly paradise and the vacation was exactly what we needed. We often stayed at the villa because everything we needed was right there. That said, there are plenty other options for excursions for those who are into that. We highly recommend this villa!

We are a couple from Maryland who fell in love with the island the very first time we went. After visiting sixteen times, we have finally purchased our slice of paradise and are now proud to call TCI home.

Why they chose this property

One of the few properties on the island of Providenciales that has it's own private beach, 180 degree water views, and direct access to the water right on the property. It is in a very safe area called the Chalk Sound and is surrounded by multi-million dollar villas. Although, Off the Grid gives you the feel of secluded property, it is still a very short drive to restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
