This elegant 3B/2B townhouse is just minutes from The Village at Meridian and 1.5 Miles from freeway. There's a grocery store (Albertson's) and restaurants within walking distance.
Your home comes with a flat screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels!
The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in), the 2-car garage and huge fenced back yard for your use exclusively!
The common spaces all have laminate flooring, the counters are granite and the appliances are all upgraded. The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy queen beds in all bedrooms.
This unit includes a propane BBQ grill for your use. Guests are responsible for providing or refilling the propane tank, as fuel is not stocked or guaranteed to be full.
A standard-size tank is provided and can be easily swapped or refilled at Walmart (795 Overland Rd Meridian, ID 83642- 4.3 miles / 10 min drive) or any other location that sells propane.
If you would like us to provide a full tank upon your arrival, a $60 convenience charge added to your reservation is required. Just message us in the app if you’d like to add this service.
This home is located in a super chill neighborhood with fences separating the neighbors on 3 sides! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.
The open floor plan is great for relaxing or entertaining guests.

Why they chose this property
I had this townhouse built to my exacting specifications. I wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for relaxation. I picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. I picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The huge back yard is fully fenced so that kids and adults alike can relax and have fun in privacy.
