Electric and/or wood-burning heating via a wood-burning insert, billed separately:
—electricity is charged at EDF’s current rate per kWh, based on readings from the dedicated metre upon arrival and departure, and
—wood: supply of compressed wood at cost.
Using the wood-burning insert significantly reduces the need for electric heaters and lowers heating costs.
Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand are 55 minutes away; Saint-Étienne and Roanne are 30 minutes away.
