Old farm building pleasantly renovated, located in a small village on a farm mainly focused on free-range pig farming. It includes two dwellings.
Town of Muzillac 3 km away. First beach 4 km away. Other beaches in Damgan 12 km away.
Semi-detached house with 5 rooms of approximately 100 m².
Ground floor:
Fitted kitchen (renovated in 2025): hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster.
The kitchen opens onto the living room (60 m²) with sofa, 2 armchairs, stone fireplace, rustic style furniture. TV with satellite reception.
Bathroom: shower cabin, bidet, washbasin.
Separate toilet.
Floor:
Four wallpapered rooms (140 bed, 2 x 2 90cm beds, 140 bed) 2 baby beds.
Bathroom: bathtub, washbasin.
Separate toilet.
Garden in front of the house with complete garden furniture (sunbathing chairs).
Children's swing set. Barbecue. Private tennis court. WIFI
Iron and high chair.
Caution: €250 to be paid on site
Charges included from 11 May to 12 October, based on meter reading outside of this period
Tourist tax: to be paid on site
