Upon arrival guests will find the main entry doorway with 1139/1140 on the door. After going through this door, you will enter a small foyer with two additional doorways. To the left is unit 1139, and to the right is 1140! These adjoing doors can be left open or closed; complete up to you!

New kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances as of 2024 Beautiful decor and new furniture as of 2024 Sleeper sofa, perfect for 1-2 guests Murphy bed, perfect for 1-2 guests 2 private balconies! One balcony in the bedroom, and another at the living room. Full kitchen, great for cooking meals and snacks Multiple AC units for heat and AC Towels and linens provided! Daily and mid-stay cleaning services upon request

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. The check in process was very easy and everything was thoroughly explained in the emails before checking in. The rooms were nice and clean. We loves the extra sleeping places in the living rooms!
The only thing I think needed some work is that the kitchen needs a little TLC. The pots and pans were basically unusable because of the scratches so we had to buy our own pan. The microwave plate doesnt spin because a missing part in the microwave.
But overall it was an awesome stay!

Terrible, Dirty, Disrepair.
1. Room was NOT the one pictured and were expecting to rent.
2. We were charged significant cleaning fee which is obviously a scam as the room was far from clean. Silverware drawer was dirty, pubic hairs found in bathrooms, corners in rooms with tile floors excessively dirty. Doors to bedroom across from kitchen would not close. Patio furniture extremely dirty. Refrigerator dirty. Water to sink faucet in bedroom across kitchen took long time to get hot. No information about parking in room, had to call. Had to clean toaster before using it.
The rental agency has such strict rules about everything from parking, check in, deposits, maybe they should earn their money by inspecting the condos prior to renting them.
Had it not been so late in the day and we all been so tired and the fact there was no one to talk to face to face we would have found another place to stay. Not to mention the security deposit they had on top of the 3 night rental fee.
I will NEVER use VRBO ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm sorry to see your review. The pictures posted are of the EXACT room you rented. I'm really not sure of the confusion. The only thing I can think would be different are the comforters and that's because we have to change them out to wash. I really wish we would have heard of your concerns prior to your checkout so that we could address them for you. We hold our cleaners to a very high standard and anything missed was definitely a fault that we take responsibility for.
We gave you VERY specific information about parking in your welcome packet that we emailed to you. I'm sorry if there was confusion but there really shouldn't have been. I'm glad we were able to help you out on the phone.
For future guests that are reading, we have a very easy check-in and check-out process. Parking is a breeze because the parking pass is located in your room and you never have to see the front desk. All of this info is located in the email we send you before you arrive. We're available by phone 24/7 should you have any concerns.
