Autumn was a great host, making sure everything was satisfactory. She made sure to provide everything we needed, kept in contact regularly, and was extremely accommodating to make our stay excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bloomington. The property was very nice and was everything we could have asked for.
Autumn was extremely responsive from the start. She consistently made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her home is lovely and worked great for my family. Location is fantastic for an IU visit. We’ll be back!
we were there for a quick stay for a football game - this was a great convenient location and reasonably priced! Great host, very responsive and helpful
Can’t say enough how this was the perfect spot to stay. In town for an IU football game, this place allowed enough space for our family and friends to spread out and relax. The outdoor space was great for a post-game beverage and time to catch up. The indoor space was cozy and comfortable for catching a few more games and meals.
This space has pretty much everything you could want. Three bedrooms with charming decor, a well appointed bathroom, and spacious outdoor area suitable for grilling with a group of visitors and lots of grass for kids to play. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We had a great experience in Bloomington and most of that was due to the hospitality of Autumn and the location of the property. The park behind her house is really nice and proved to be a perfect location for viewing the eclipse. It was a trip we will always remember. Thanks Autumn!!
We stayed here during graduation weekend. It was close to campus but also allowed us to get away from the hustle and bustle. Autumn was very communicative and super helpful. The place was quite large for a lower level/basement of a house ! Highly recommend.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Description of house is misleading
Vacationers beware, you are not renting out the entire house!! You are only paying for the basement of a house which had no stove and no kitchen sink! You have to walk down a steep grass hill to get to the entrance of the house. 2 recliners and towel rack were broke, grill was extremely dirty, overall we were disappointed with our stay. Owner was nice but for the money we paid we expected to have an entire house to ourselves and all the amenities vacation rentals should have. Not worth the money at all!
Just as described and expected. Well appointed. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Friendly. Helpful.
Autumn was great at communicating with me before and during our stay. She gladly accommodated my 80+ year old parents, my husband and me. The location served as a great base for IU graduation weekend away from the crowds and traffic. We were able to grill out and have a lovely dinner on the lower patio. Even though she was living upstairs, we never heard her.
Autumn was a super friendly host. We were surprised there was no kitchen sink but Autumn offered to wash our dishes if we needed that done. The area around the property is super cute! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay again if we were in the area.
Very close to many things including lake Monroe .. Very comfy beds ! Great owner !!

About the host
Hosted by Autumn McCoy
I built my home in 2004. I built it in a way that when the kids needed to move back home they could, well, they've all come back and gone again so now I'm using that awesome space for my Airbnb. It's time to share it with others and give them a home away from home.
Why they chose this property
I love my home and have spent many hours making it a place where folks can come together with those they love and care about and feel comfortable. I enjoy providing space for friends and family to join together.
What makes this property unique
The 50+ acres behind the house is full of trails and fun. We have a park behind the house with tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, soccer/baseball field, quarry rocks to climb on, and paved and unpaved trails. Downtown Bloomington is 2 1/2 miles away and the stadium and Assembly Hall are 4 1/2 miles. By staying here, you are in the middle of it all, but with privacy and quiet and many other unique things to do while visiting B'town!
