A country corner in town near the famous Carnot Boulevard of CANNES. In quiet villa housing offers a fitted kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), a dining room - living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player.
A bedroom with bunk beds - modular trundles, a master suite with double bed, a shower room hydrojets, separate toilet.
Outside facing south, a friendly terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a private garden with sunbathing. A playground is available for children to play.

We enjoyed our holiday in Cannes and the surrounding area.

The garden apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay including plenty of hot water. We were able to park our car right outside of our door in the driveway. We also enjoyed sitting in the private garden after a days sightseeing. Jean Patrick, our host, was very helpful with advice about where to visit. He made us feel at home and was available incase we had any queries. We would recommend this accommodation for its comfort, car parking and convenient location.

Propriétaire très accueillant, appartement conforme aux photos et très bien placé. Le propriétaire donne aussi de très bon conseil sur les choses à voir et à faire. Séjour très agréable
