This privately-owned vacation rental unit sits right at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center, the Ala Moana Mall, and the shops and beaches of the Waikiki strip. Located on the 14th floor, this unit boasts views of the mountain, Ala Wai Canal, and the city.
Ideal for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. The bedroom can be opened up to the living room to create an open concept feel, or closed for privacy.
Parking is not included with the reservation. Off site parking for $30 per night (just across the street), if available. Reservation required. Very limited parking - reservations are on a first come first serve basis, otherwise street parking and nearby garage parking are available (prices subject to change according to parking garage policy).
PLEASE NOTE: Waikiki is a vibrant area, and as with any major city, there is potential bus noise, sirens, and general foot and traffic noise that may come in from the jalousie windows which face the main road.

This apartment is in a great location and is very clean. My family with 2 teenage daughters had a great stay with plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need -- overall a great stay.
The condo was just as shown and described in the listing. It is in a good location with easy access. But with that comes lots of city noise (traffic, loud cars, sirens). Food trucks & 7-11 convenience store are right beside the Royal Aloha, so you can get about anything you need easily. It’s not a bad walk to the Waikiki stuff, beach & restaurants.The condo was clean, but could stand a deep cleaning, some maintenance & TLC. (ie - the display on the cook stove is bad so you can’t see temp setting. This has been noted in reviews for over a year). Knowing this - I would still stay here again. It is a great value.

The good: centrally located, nice views, thoughtful amenities.Not so good: A bit dirty, needs maintenance for example the oven readout was nearly impossible to read, shower curtain dirty, etc.Worth noting: not a vacation condo, it's a residential complex with just the regulars in and out. Not good or bad but if that's not your jam then this place won't be your jam.
Great for our work trip to a science conference. Super convenient and close to lots of shops, convention center, and beach! Loved that all 4 of us got our own bed.
Location is excellent to access anything Waikīkī and for on and off the hwy. Building staff are very nice and helpful. Was almost exactly like listed, kitchen had what you need, place and linens were clean.
In short words, just wow we loved the location; close to most of the check list we had like 90% thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!!! The Mendez Family.
The property manager was great. Check-in was super easy. Close to the airport. The location was close to Waikiki and a convenience store. Perfect for a family. Reasonably priced. Take that vacation!
Nice apartment, clean and well appointed bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Bathroom a little tired but really good value for the area for a family to stay. Prefect position for exploring Waikiki.
Good central location to restaurants, shopping, beach + bus transportation. Rental car not necessary. Condo was clean, well appointed - could use a towel each behind door in bathroom.
Overall it was a great place to stay. Many good eats cloae by. Awesome food teuck court. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Very convenient. I will say the one neighbor who is a reaident was not nice at all. Avoid him. The reat of the people were very pleasant.
The place is older and not well kept, it was clean as far as sinks and toilets etc. Bit behind the scene was a lot of dust and stains and old mattress with the springs in your back.It was overpriced but it worked as a place to stay.
Perfect location. Host responded quickly for all questions and concerns. Condo was exactly as described. Minor cleanliness and maintenance issues such as the shower curtain, liner, and rod need to be changed out since they are rusted. The stove display doesn't work, so you can't tell what temperature the stove and burners are on. Sofa is a bit worn out and not very comfortable. Could be replaced.
A little tired and could do with some general maintenance but it was great for us.
Apartment was perfect for 3 mature ladies with everything we needed.
Great location (although quite noisy being on an intersection of 2 main roads), only 15-20 walk to everything and having the pool onsite was perfect.

This had great access to beaches and downtown Waikiki activities within walking distance. The property felt very secure with the access methods. Elevator was down a few times while there. The hallways were a bit worn down, but the condo itself was very well maintained. The property manager was amazing to work with! Communicated very well.
We stayed at the property for 10 days. We were supposed to go to Maui, but with the fires, we’re not able. Hazel was able to accommodate and extend our stay. Her communication was excellent !
This is one of the most clean properties I have stayed at, and have stayed at several over the years.
Pros- very centrally located. Everything is within 15 minutes or close to the bus route
Cons- I don’t know what was going on with the shower, but it was either freezing or scalding. Beds not too comfortable and could use more pillows Not sure the water is the fault of Hazel, could be building. Beds could be remedied with mattress toppers.
I would stay here again with my family.
The condo was in a great location, we could walk everywhere. The kitchen lacked serving bowls for food, utensils and the microwave had very little power. Due to the cost of food on the island, we tried to eat at the condo most nights.
As well the large bedroom with 2 beds could use a nightstand and a lamp. For people wearing eye glasses, we put our glasses on the night stand when sleeping. As well as phones or books, which when reading a non-electronic book, a table lamp would have been beneficial.
The building elevators really need an overhaul. They were not working when we arrived so we had to walk up to the 14th floor. The gentleman working in the lobby that night was excellent and placed our suitcases in a secure area. They stopped working a couple of times during our staff and we found ourselves praying they wouldn’t breakdown when we were using them.
We appreciated the ability to utilize the cooker to take lunches with us. We also used the beach mats.
I would certainly recommend the condo but wanted to point out a few things which can make everyone’s stay even better.
