Location, location, location. This condo is centrally located at Jacobs Landing in Birch Bay. Walking distance to all Birch Bay has to offer, a private beach perfect for watching sunsets or roasting stores, and best of all the condo itself has an amazing view of the water. Jacobs Landing is a popular spot due to its location and the fact that it has an indoor pool, tennis court, racquetball court, soaking hot tub and much more. This Owner of this condo recently put new flooring, new furniture and other upgrades to help make your stay the best it can be. The unit is an upper condo with two decks that provide a lovely view of the water. The lower level of the condo has one bedroom with twin beds. there is a large deck off of the twin bedroom with a propane BBBQ. There is also a kitchen that is well supplied with the dishes, glasses, silverware, appliances and more to make a light snack or a full meal. The cozy living space has a sofa sleeper and transitions out to a deck overlooking the water. There is a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and full bath on this level as well. Upstairs you will find a Queen size bed and a smaller bathroom with a shower. This property offers complimentary WIFI and did I mention a great view!

    Very cozy

    Property was clean and cozy. The only issue was that there were only two bath towels for four people. But we had brought swim towels so it was fine. We enjoyed the property very much.

    I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have contacted me on the towel issue as there are normally extras under the sink and if not I could have brought you some as I live on property myself. So sorry about that.

    Rosemary is great to deal with. Unit is in a great location but is very dated and feels like you hate to sit on the furniture really needs to be updated, stains on the furniture etc. Unit was cleaned well but hard to get very old furniture looking good.

    Great location and view

    For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.

    Can’t say enough about The staff and their courtesy. I have to admit that we were a pain in the butt. We had issues with the fob which would have let us into the pool. It was very well handled as was another issue with our TV Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. Again we are very satisfied with this rental.

    Good place for a short get away

    Generally speaking this was a good place and location. The unit was a little dated and not super clean, but we felt comfortable. My kids loved that they had separate beds. The master bed was super comfortable. We did not like the window facing west let in so much light in the morning and we couldn't figure out how to close the shade as it was out of reach. The outdoor furniture was significantly weathered and might fall apart if we used it. But, again, we were comfortable and would come back again.

    View from this condo is wonderful. Location is great and easy to find. Decor is outdated . CD player doesn’t have directions and we couldn’t make it work unfortunately since we brought several chick flicks to enjoy. Overall a good place to stay for a few days.

    Great Unit - love the upstairs room

    The bed upstairs is genius. It worked great for my teen and my twins. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We especially enjoyed the Foosball table under the coffee table in the living room. The kids were entertained for hours! We will definitely be staying here again.
