Summer family cacation

Beautiful property in a great area. Loved the accommodations and how close it was to everything we needed. Loved the week in Santa Rosa and definitely recommend.

The property was lovely. The only space i felt needed improvement was the grill area.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and beautiful inside. The location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!

We love Gulf Place!

The property was exactly how it was pictured and this is our third year returning to this area. The condo was clean and very welcoming. My family and I love it every time we visit here!

Spacious and well-equipped

We came to Gulf Place for the music festival. The condo is roomy and has everything needed for a weekend getaway. The hall bunks are almost like a third bedroom.

Great location- beautifully decorated!

We loved our stay at this Gulf Place condo! Private beach access was right across the street. The location was great! This area of 30A is not as crowded and congested. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Bunk beds, board and X-box games were fun for the kids.

Beautiful, updated condo!

We've stayed at several other condos at Gulf Place, and this is by far, the nicest. Remodeled master bath with glass shower and rain head is wonderful. Beautiful updated kitchen, decor and furnishings. Super nice!!!

Excellent location, clean condo

This unit was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family of four adults. Very walkable to the beach with a pool and heated spa. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, huge ref, oven and dishwasher. There’s a blender to make smoothies. And, eating out is no problem as there are restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

White Sandy Beaches

This unit was everything and more than we expected. There were 5 of us and Wwe had more than enough room. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach. The beaches were beautiful and private. Not many people at all. We will be back for sure! We are from the Nashville area and it is an easy 35 mile trip from the airport.

Great condo!

Beautifully appointed property! We have stayed at multiple units in Gulf Place and this one was probably the best outfitted between toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock containers, cups with straws, etc. There weren't any negatives at all but only one improvement that comes to mind and that's a harder master bedroom mattress. :) Great condo - would definitely rent from again!

Noise

Beautiful location and home. The only down side was the noise from the upstairs neighbor. CONSTANT loud walking from one end of the condo to the other, to the point of shaking the pictures on our wall.

Girls Weekend

The property is very well kept. The unit was very nice - nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The towels in the bathrooms were like a 5 star resort - so soft. We all were checking to see the brand so we could buy some. I owned a unit in this building until recently so I was aware of all the amentities - lots to do and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We were there for a girls weekend of eating and shopping and there is certainly a lot of that in the area. Definitely recommend Gulf Place and this unit.

Nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen

Property was great (other than hearing the pitter patter of little feet above us. And the plumbing noises in the middle of the night. Could be better insulated) one of the nicest units I’ve stayed in in 27 years of staying at Gulf Place. Television service was not so good. We had techs out one day to fix the issues but many issues with the service itself. Weather was fantastic so we didn’t need the television so much anyway. Overall great stay.

Almost great!

The commutation with Real Joy was great at the start because we booked before COVID-19. Once COVID-19 became an issue there was no communication from them. I left emails and called many times only to hear nothing. Once they made the final draw from my bank account and we were well inside the 30 days and could not cancel. The stay was great as we stayed on 30 A many times and knew the Gulf Place area very well. The unit was great except for the Wi-Fi and the cable for the TV. The WI-FI was hit and miss for most of the time. The TV programing needed WI-FI to work. Most time no TV!! I give Real Joy 1 star and the unit 4 stars.

I’d like to give more, but one star is all I got.

I’ve reached out to find out a contact email for the owner of this property as well as rental management email, please respond so I can send photos and details of our stay at this unit. The list of disappointments is too long to type on this review. If you stay here, bring your own cleaning supplies to use before you touch anything, and also be aware that there is AMPLE construction going on right outside and around the unit. (Before the response says you’re not in control of that, I know…. But it should be CLEARLY communicated to the paying guest just how much their condo will be disrupted during their vacation.)

Great location and unit

We enjoyed our time at this property and have stayed at Gulfplace several times. Overall, we were very satisfied. The door code was a little tricky but we figured it out after about a day. The unit was nice and had all of the essentials. Would recommend
