Un séjours agréable

Deux semaines formidables, un beau temps pendant dix jours,on est parti plusieurs fois a la plage, malgré l'éloignement de la mer .on a visite la région de Rouen plus les falaises .

Propreté moyenne dans ce logement en centre ville de Sotteville .Pas de double vitrages : rue bruyante coté rue et maison froide sauf au dernier étage . Bref le rapport qualité / prix est médiocre .

nous sommes surpris des commentaires infondés qui ont été formulés à savoir - contrairement à ce qui est indiqué la maison dispose de fenêtres à double vitrages - la rue est tranquille et personne ne s'est jamais plaint du bruit de circulation. - toutes les pièces disposent de radiateurs avec robinets thermostatiques qui peuvent être régler selon les besoins. ils ne sont pas plaint d'une insuffisance de chauffage auquel cas nous serions venus leur régler les robinets thermostatiques. Pour être agréable à ces locataires nous leur avons fait visiter la maison la veille et remis les clés pour installer leur sapin de noêl.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Zur Begrüßung hat uns der Vermieter mit einem Kuchen überrascht und uns alles gezeigt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mit guter Anbindung. Der Supermarkt, einige Bäcker und die Metrostation waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Parken war in der Straße gut möglich. Die Zimmer sind alle gut und schön ausgestattet und man hat überall WLAN. Insbesondere die Treppe vom Erdgeschoss in den 1. Stock ist etwas steiler, aber man konnte dort trotzdem noch gut laufen. Alles in allem ist es sehr schön dort!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Zur Begrüßung überraschte uns der Vermieter mit einer Flasche Cidre und Gebäck. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und schön ausgestattet, die Treppe ist etwas schmal und steil. Das WLAN funktioniert prima in allen Räumen und auf der schönen Terrasse. In der ruhigen Seitenstraße fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz, zur Metrostation sind es zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige kleinere Geschäfte und einen großen Supermarkt (Intermarché Super). Wir waren in den 2 Wochen sehr zufrieden und es hat uns gut gefallen.
