Location! Our beach house is located one block off of the white sand and Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance to restaurants and hang outs!

Jetty Life, built in 2018, is conveniently located across the street from the beach with deeded beach access 150' from this house * Fully equipped kitchen * Balcony * Washer & dryer * Living room - pull out sofa bed, loveseat and a flat screen TV & full bathroom * Master bedroom - King bed with en-suite bathroom * Second bedroom - Queen bed, a daybed with trundle and en-suite bathroom * Third bedroom - two sets of bunk beds with a flat screen TV * Parking for 4 cars.

We believe our home is the perfect place for your entire family to come together for a beach vacation. In just a few steps, you reach the cross walk that takes you to the deeded beach access. Press the "walk" button and the street light immediately (literally) changes to provide a safe path across the Beach Blvd. and there you are at the beach!

Our beach house can sleep up to 13 guests. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a daybed and trundle. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is our bunk room. There is a twin over twin and a twin over full. We designate this as the kids room although kids of all ages will enjoy hanging out together here. All bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a pull out sofa bed downstairs. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional full bath upstairs and one downstairs.

There is a laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8 with four additional stools at the kitchen island and a table for 4 on the balcony. We have added two TV's, a 55" flat screen in the main living area and a TV in every bedroom to allow the adults and kids to have their own space. But, everyone can come together in the open living space downstairs with overflow space at the kitchen island as well as on the outside deck just off of the dining/living room. Our deck overlooks the pool. This pool is private to the 15 homes in the Cottages at Romeo Beach. The pool is not yours alone; however there are often times when you will be the only one using it. It is gated for safety. It is not heated. We have a wonderful set of swings below the deck. Both allow you to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze!

Located in The Cottages of Romeo II in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to the Hangout and other venues as well as great restaurants, the zoo and the state park.
