Each side offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Spend the day at the beach and then the night grilling on the deck! Each side of this duplex home has their own enclosed outdoor shower, deck and outdoor space. Amenities include central air conditioning, flat screen TV, WiFi, and gas grill. Take advantage of a beautiful property, great location and great price!

Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check out other beaches along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach is located only 1 mile from the home!

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this duplex. It was very clean, open and had everything we needed. The location is amazing - walking distance from South Village Beach and Swan River. It is also close to restaurants and shops! We can’t wait to return again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located steps to the beach - Swan River and Atlantic - means there's something for everyone. We love the "lazy river" as the kids call it, where you can float in the current as the tide changes all day... A great family beach. Cottage is located right off Lower County Road, with easy access to all the attractions on Rte 28 and great restaurants. Clean, well stocked, with a great outdoor shower- always a must on the Cape! Looking forward to renting next year for our 6th in a row!

Reviewer Comments: Walking distance to our favorite beach - where the Swan River empties into the Atlantic...warm water, a "lazy river" to ride as the tides change, family friendly. A short ride to all major attractions along Rte 28, but located in a quiet community. Cottage is clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor space. Looking forward to renting this again next year for the 5th year in a row!
