Having two bathrooms was amazing also. You almost never have that when you’re on vacation. The bedrooms were good in size the yard was big and plenty of seating. We grilled almost every night. Nice little walk to the beach. Central A/C was a major plus!!!! Plenty of games and movies for the family to play. Would definitely rent this house again!!!

clean, comfortable cottage short walk to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at Dennisport beaches, this cottage was a short walk 0.4 mi which we made almost every day. We walked down at different times each day, it was never fully packed being slightly off-season. It felt comfortable immediately and safe. Nice neighbors. Personal preference on bedding is box spring with memory foam mattress and topper. Queen bed was on slats and I've never slept so little on vacation. Nobody used 2nd bedroom Full which was even more firm. My son liked the 3rd bedroom Full lower bunk also on slats. First rental of season, a/c was not turned on and we didn't notice until Thu because temps outside were in 60s. However, I had a bad allergy attack for 48 hrs possibly due to no air flow in the home. We used one floor fan at night and weren't home as much in the daytime. Outdoor shower was wonderful. It was a great amount of space and home layout for 3 of us to spread out. Laundry was very helpful too. Ultimately, we did not want the vacation to end. Did not cook here so I can't speak to how well the kitchen is stocked.

We have rented the property at least three times. We appreciate the care that the property owners takes to make their home a very enjoyable place to stay.
