Neat and clean 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk (.2 mile) to Sea St. Beach. Cottage features a newly remodeled kitchen, mini split air conditioner in living room, gas grill, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, lawn furniture, clothesline, iron and board, and picnic table are provided. Fully enclosed outside shower. Note: Full bathroom has shower only.
Walk on over to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just .4 miles from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.
