Spacious multi-family town home with GAME ROOM, GREAT VIEWS & PRIVATE HOT TUB

This spacious townhome has it all! 4 bedroom/4.5 bath, private hot tub, game room, big windows and amazing views!!! After a long day on the slopes/trails, take a well deserved soak in your private hot tub.

You will enjoy cooking while taking in the mesmerizing views in the open gourmet kitchen complete with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A Thanksgiving dinner-worthy dining table awaits you in the open concept kitchen/family/dining room complete with fireplace and views! Fire up the BBQ and bask in the sun while taking in the serene mountain views from the private deck. Washer/dryer, powder room, and garage access are all located on this floor.

Venture upstairs to find two primary bedrooms each with king beds, large closets, and en-suite bathrooms. One of the primary rooms has stairs leading to an upstairs living area/loft with twin over twin bunk, TV and powder room.

The basement is where the fun is. You’ll find a large flatscreen TV with large sectional couch and new sofa sleeper. Kids and grown-ups alike are sure to love the AIR HOCKEY and SHUFFLEBOARD table! On the far end is a bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and access to the private hot tub, en-suite bathroom that will also have access to game room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Step out your front door and enjoy access to miles of world class mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing through Red Gate and the Winter Park trail system! Enjoy frequent wildlife sightings of deer, moose, elk, hummingbirds, and fox.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Highly recommend. Love how each bedroom has its own bathroom for multiple guests. Kitchen is so well stocked with little surprises you would not expect a rental to have. Love the loft for younger kids with stairs to a parents' room. Game room was a big selling point for us. Coffee on the patio looking at the mountains was perfect. Will definitely book here again! Our tweens loved it.

We had a great stay and the host was quick to respond! The home was very well stocked—everything we needed in the kitchen for the days we chose to cook. There were also plenty of extra fans, pillows, and blankets—just about anything you might need was thoughtfully stored in the closets. It’s a beautiful home, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Great stay. Our family really enjoyed our time here. Had everything we needed. Location is beautiful- close to everything but feel like you are away from the town and get the mountain feel. We would stay here again.

Great family reunion getaway

Excellent mountain retreat

We had a group of friends on a ski trip staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and all our stuff. Very convenient location from both the town of Winter Park and the resort. Really enjoyed the hot tub, gameroom, and the shuffleboard table. Can't think of anything that was missing.

We loved the 3 nights we spent in Fraser. The townhouse had beautiful views and every comfort of home. The kids enjoyed the loft room ladder and the game tables. Convenient location for quick trips to grocery store etc.

Great Multifamily Unit

Really enjoyed the very spacious and well laid out unit when vacationing for a long weekend. The space accommodated two families with young children really well, with plenty of hang out space for all. The game room was a hit, as well as the hot tub. Appreciated having use of the garage as well. Would recommend!

Perfect space for 2 families

The size and layout worked great for two families. Combined we had 5 kids ages 10 - 13. There was plenty to do for the kids at the condo and outside. We found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Family ski vacation

Outstanding property-spacious and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and huge dinning table made our stay very enjoyable. Only issue involved the county clearing the snow on the road all the way to the property. We were very glad that our vehicle was 4-wheel drive with good tires.... Would stay there again.

Appreciate you taking your time to write about your stay. We are glad that you found this beautiful townhome outstanding, spacious, well equipped, having comfortable beds and a dining table big enough to seat you all. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the county plowing, but as mentioned to you when you arrived, the county only comes out when there is more than 4 inches of snow on the ground. It did not snow during your stay. BUT I am glad that you had 4 wheel drive - and even more important - good tires to drive on our (at times) snowy and icy roads. It is not a must to have 4 wheel drive in most areas, but it is indeed a must to have winter tires with good grip.
