Close to everything Hollywood, but without the drama. 10-minute drive to Universal Studios, Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studio and 20 minutes from Magic Mountain. Close freeway access to Hollywood and Downtown LA. Bus lines right around the corner and the Metro bus line and underground minutes away. Trendy places to shop and eat right down the street. Just a few minutes' drive to Ventura Blvd or hipster Lankershim Blvd.
