This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the florals are even more stunning in person. The hosts are beyond sweet and caring and made sure we felt taken care of and safe during our stay. Even when we checked in around 2 am, we were greeted, welcomed, and helped! I cant say enough positive things about the hosts and their cottage. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.
We loved our stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed, plus the beach gear was such a nice bonus! Nigel was a very helpful and responsive host.
Really great stay! The place was very cute, thoughtfully decorated, and full of little details that made it feel special. We especially appreciated having sparkling water waiting for us after a long flight—such a nice touch. The location was perfect: tucked away and quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to do. We easily visited Siesta Key, Coquina Beach, Myakka Park, mini golf (a hit with our 8-year-old), The Breakfast House, Owen’s Fish Camp, Sage Biscuit, the Sarasota Farmers Market, and the Mote Aquarium. The host was very friendly and quick to respond throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property!
A ljttle tricky to find and the driveway was a little tight to navigate, but the host explained that in the check-in instructions. Overall, a nice, clean and private space. The cottage was adorable and the layout had everything we needed. The value was great compared to a hotel stay. Convient location. My one complaint would be the mattress was a little too firm for my husband and I.
The host was very welcoming. The place was very quiet and cozy. Was very central and close to so many things and places. Would definitely return and book.
Wonderful little cottage off the beaten path. Quiet and cute, has everything you need for a stay in Sarasota. Communication with host Nigel was excellent. When we checked in there was no hair drier but he quickly remedied that situation. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The only problem we had with the property was that it was a little tricky to exit the property as it was a little tight to turn the car around in order to drive forward onto the main road. It’s a minor inconvenience otherwise this is a 5 Star property.
Yhe cottage is clean, filled with everything you may need, including great books and games, and it's very private. The outside deck was nice with morning coffee and everything is a short car or Uber ride away.
This is my second stay at the cottage and it was just as pleasant as the first. It's extremely private, quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden. The host is wonderful and check in was seamless. I'm looking forward to further stays
Perfect location for our Sarasota adventures. Thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine as well as water bottles and fizzy water sodas. Comfortable queen bed with plenty of pillows.
What a beautiful little slice of heaven! The cottage was even better than we’d hoped for. Clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back!
The property was very nice. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, just miles from the beach. The highlight was the beautiful view off the back deck.
Perfect home base at the end of a long beach day, being gated felt like we were in our own little bubble. Nigel has super helpful with quick resolution when I had trouble with the key. All in all, good stay.
