This amazing 2,400 sq ft lakefront home is fully furnished and the BEST views of Beaver Lake, privacy and the perfect deck. The 3 bedrooms offer great privacy, ideal for couples. Located on Beaver Lake (right next to War Eagle Marina) and only 15 minutes from 71B in Springdale. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and all around awesome! Easy to access the lake & swim off the is good too. Trust me, you ll love this place.

Beautiful house on Beaver lake!

Beautiful house with lots of room! Beds were comfortable and well appointed. The covered deck was our favorite spot to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Couldn't get grill to work and needs more kitchen supplies, but overall a great stay!

This was our second year to stay at this lovely home. We had very quick responses from our host.

The property is very pretty, sitting on the end of a peninsula, overlooking the water. We spent a good deal of our time sitting on the covered deck

Perfect location to relax on the deck by the lake. Most of time at house spent on deck other than sleeping. Close proximity to variety of night life, groceries, Branson, Eureka springs and the lake in general.

Relaxing getaway

Private, quiet, relaxing and excellent views. A very nice home. The large covered deck was the perfect place to gather and hang out. We even enjoyed an movie on the large screen outdoor tv. The use of the kayak was also a bonus treat. Will recommend to friends.

A quick lake getaway

Staying at Derek's property was just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and the location was nice - to be positioned on a private peninsula made for a quiet and peaceful experience. Beaver Lake is beautiful! There is a rather large population of buzzards that inhabit the trees and grounds surrounding the property. They were entertaining, to say the least!

Beautiful and Peaceful location.

Loved spending time on the covered deck. Such a great view. Even enjoyed watching a couple of evening storms roll through. Big open kitchen/family room that is nice for the family to hang out together. Lake access fine for fishing, shallow to walk into the lake, but not a great beach area for just hanging out. Just an FYI that unfortunately the kayak that is listed as available on the site is no longer available, so will want to bring your son if you have one. Especially since it is a pretty quiet cove to use one.

Weekend getaway

Absolutely loved this place. So calm and peaceful except storm over night but can't help that. It was clean and met our expectations. I appreciate you letting us stay there. Might suggest some curtains or blinds for front windows. Even though it is secluded. I would have liked to have blinds. Other than that i would definitely stay again. Thank you

Amazing location and home

This home is large with plenty of room for 3 senior couples. The kitchen accomodates cooking and eating meals. The covered deck overlooking Beaver Lake is a wonderful place to hang out and visit. The ceiling fan on the deck didn't work but we bought 2 stand fans and it worked out fine. This is our second year staying at this home and we will be back

Amazing Place!

We stayed for a week with our two teens. Beautiful home, well kept, well stocked with high end features. Breathtaking views of the lake that we enjoyed each morning and evening. Easy access to the water from SW corner of property. We brought noodles and water shoes and spent a couple of afternoons floating and fishing right off the property. Rented a boat one day (delivered to War Eagle Marina) and had a lot of fun tubing and exploring the area. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Beautiful view

Everything was nice,plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses. Could use some more cooking utensils. Nice size tv’s but never did figure out how to work the tv in the living room. There was 5 remotes laying there in the living room. Maybe a page with step by step instructions for those of us that aren’t used to the different types of programming. A new toaster would be good. Overall a good experience.

I agree with the other reviewers, the pictures do not do it justice. Very private setting. The house was very clean and had all your necessary items. Easy to get to by a car. Wonderful lake views from the master bedroom, the kitchen, the living room, and even the laundry room. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others.

Amazing views, great house.

The views from this home are amazing. The house was clean and well furnished and the covered deck was a perfect place to sit and drink coffee on the morning. Very quiet and lots of stars to see at night. Highly recommend if your looking for relaxation and a getaway from the rest of the world.

Relaxing weekend

The house was lovely, super clean and well appointed. We loved sitting on the covered deck and watching the boats go by. The house is 15 minutes from several Walmarts so it's easy to pick up what you need. I would suggest bringing water shoes and floats if you plan on swimming. I'd definitely book this place again.

This lake house was the a fabulous escape for a few days vacation. The views were amazing!

This rental property is a fabulous getaway for a family. The house was clean and beautifully remodeled. The kitchen was well supplied with all utensils and everything needed to prepare meals. The views are beautiful. Pictures do no do it justice. The back porch is newly covered and an extra room on the house. We spend most of our time out there in the mornings and evenings. Lake is very accessible from the property. We went swimming everyday. And fished everyday. It felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. The property is secluded and quiet. Peaceful. The marina is right next door but not visible from property. If you had a boat this property would be even better. Loved our stay and hope to come back!

Family Get-Away

Enjoyed our stay at this location so very much. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing and yet in such a good spot that it allowed us easy access to the Railway excursion out of Springdale and a site not far away that allowed for kayaking and swimming with low traffic. The home was exactly as described.
