The "76" house is truly a special slopeside property. It is located in Killington’s Trailside Village, along the Great Eastern ski trail, which is Killington’s number one slopeside address! Designed by a famous architect, this home has lines in are beyond creative! The Trailside Village 76 House provides a wonderful environment for family or group outings because of the open floor plan design.
The eight-person hot tub spa on your deck offers spectacular mountain views and complete privacy. Don't forget the large cedar sauna and a steam shower. High speed wireless Internet and premium cable TV programming provide for all your après ski needs. The oversized, wood-burning fireplace is spectacular and we supply all the wood you can burn, including fire starters. We provide all bedding as well as daily trash service, and a whole host of property support services that allow our guests to focus on the quality of their visit while we manage all of the details.
The full size kitchen is completely set up for your entertaining pleasures (pots & pans, glass wear, plate wear and flat wear), and the BBQ grill on your deck is connected to the gas supply of the house. There is a washer & a dryer inside of the home. This home is comes with high speed wireless Internet and premium cable TV programming (with unlimited movie channels) in the bedrooms, living room and game room. Guest would have access to the entire property. Including the parking spot - Up to 10 cars.

Trailside Village is a private spot located by the most navigated-easy-access- Ski Trail in the entire resort: Great Eastern.
Private location, quiet, and relaxing. The 76 House is a few steps away from the ski trail (green color = easy to navigate). Enjoy the sunrise views and watch the skiers go by while enjoying the outdoor hot tub.
- VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. We do not and WILL NOT charge the full amount through the VRBO platform by credit card.

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year's five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
-Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
