A spacious and beautifully renovated village house. The whole property has impressive original tiled floors and old beamed ceilings. With a partly covered terrace and a South facing garden, the house offers plenty of options to choose between sun or shade.
The kitchen and living room both give access to the terrace and garden. The luxury kitchen, which comes with signature concrete countertops, invites you to make the most delicious dishes and, while you do so, it offers stunning views of the valley beyond with its distinctive limestone backdrop; home to a plethora of Mediterranean orchids.
There is no through traffic in the hamlet, so it is wonderfully quiet. A peace only punctuated by the Nightingales that arrive in the spring.
The nearby lively town of Saint-Chinian hosts popular and vibrant Thursday and Sunday morning markets Tudery boasts an excellent organic winemaker a stone’s throw away from La Roque.
