I cannot say enough good things about our weeklong family stay at Ron’s place. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. Everything was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for anything we prepared and we couldn’t have wanted a better place to come home to after skiing all day! Will definitely return!
Comfortable condo, beds were good. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but not many condiments or spices. A grill was listed in original listing, but had been removed, but that was remedied within the same day for us. The only thing we didn’t care for was the fact that there was no bathroom on the main living floor.
The townhouse was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Frisco and in a great location to access lots of great towns! The hosts were very repo sive and house had everything we needed and worked out nicely.
Very responsive host and management company. Classically decorated ski condo, comfortable layout, furniture and beds. Nicely appointed kitchen and bathrooms and was very clean. Both the host and management company were very responsive with a drain issue in one of the tubs during our stay. Walk to Main St. Frisco and easily accessible to all the nearby ski resorts. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ditch the toaster oven (with the sketchy plug) and replace it with a proper toaster. That aside, would definitely recommend and book again.
Walking distance to town and trails, this condo is perfect for the Frisco experience. Four of us slept comfortably and enjoyed cooking in a spacious kitchen. Property manager and owner are responsive. Great stay!
Would recommend - not super fancy but totally functions - Frisco is a cool town and more of a local vibe than the surrounding ski towns/resorts - right on the bike path so we were able to do our road rides right out of the garage
Great value in an expensive area - Would recommend
We had a pleasant stay at your home. Location was great, easy access, house was comfortable.
Drafty in the livingroom even though the fireplace was covered.
Wine glasses would have been a perk for our 60 year old crowd.
We enjoyed our stay! !

Hi Dorothy, thank you for the nice review. We appreciate the feedback - and take all feedback seriously and to heart. So far in over 80 reviews, we've not had comments about draftiness or wine glasses. As we discussed, we do in fact have both stemmed and stemless wine glasses. Regards, Ron
The star rating would be a lot more complimentary as the property was exactly what we were hoping for our skiing holiday; we were also allowed to check in early to allow us to ski the afternoon. However, despite a visit from maintenance, a three bathroom property should be able to shower five active skiers before they head out to sample the delights Frisco has to offer. This was not the case. Two showers (not long) and the hot water ran cold. We had to stagger our showers to allow the water tank to heat up. Not ideal and not what I had paid for. A shame as the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the living area very comfortable. A great base for skiing the local resorts.
Nice place. Very clean and organized. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property owner was very communicative, and I feel like he went out of his way to make sure things were right. The location is convenient to downtown whether you're walking or driving. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay was both good and a bit stressed. We didn't receive check in info and called the management company after we got there, she got us our code and got us inside. Parking proved to be an issue, one vehicle got a note after a neighbor said we could park in his extra space, turned out to be another neighbors spot. One of us parked in a public area just a couple blocks away. The deck out of the living room was nice, with a great view in a cute wooded area and the mountain. Quiet and easy to sleep, we were pleased with how quiet neighbors were. Individual heating controls kept rooms comfortable. Stairs kept us out of breath but in shape! Good price, love the cute Frisco area. We will be back!

Hi James, I’m disappointed to hear of your experience. We’ve not had any issues with over 100 rentals with people getting in, and pride ourselves on an excellent customer experience. Additionally our guidance is crystal clear on parking, both during the reservation confirmation process as well as written instruction for check-in. I’m not sure how there could’ve been confusion on the parking but I am sorry you had a stressful time.
Very comfortable, well equipped, spacious home. Ideal for myself and my two adult sons. A real home from home for 12 enjoyable nights. Having a Chevrolet Tahoe, it was slightly too big for the garage but the alternative parking space was clearly marked and was fine. Situated just behind picturesque Main Street, it was only a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Frisco proved to be an ideal base from which to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek, on the Epic season pass. The owner was was very helpful and very friendly and was able to provide a lot of advice. Only one minor issue, which concerned the log fire. We could get it lit but couldn't keep it going. We would love to return and we would certainly stay in this property again.
The condo fit our family well and there were enough beds for all of us.
Only complaint is the wifi. It did not work 90% of the time. I contacted the property management and they responded immediately. They advised to turn off (unplug) the router for 60 seconds and then turn it back on. We did this over a few days several times, but it didn’t make a difference.
Overall, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, grill was great! Nicely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen.

Tami was a great guest and would be welcome back to Frisco anytime!
This condo was great, it had plenty of places to sleep and 3 bathrooms which was great when sharing space. The place was so close to Copper Mountain where we where skiing and was within walking distance to Main St. The only issue we had was with checking in and things being prepared, but the property management company and Ron were able to resolve things quickly and make it right. This shows how much Ron cares for the people staying at the place and is willing to go the extra mile for customer service.
Very nice and clean townhome. Well stocked kitchen and lots of sleeping accommodations. Great location, quiet neighborhood and friendly and attentive owner. Highly recommend this rental.
The home was exactly as advertised and we very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, cozy and very well-equipped . The location was superb with breathtaking views of Mt. Royal and very easy access to everything Frisco Main Street. The paved bike trail is literally steps away which was right in our wheelhouse. Ron, the owner, was excellent work with and even checked in with us to be sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We had absolutely no problems or complaints whatsoever.
This is a wonderful property that is exactly what you see on line and more. Being a block off Main Street was key for our group of 5 women. We walked everywhere in Frisco, and the marina is just 1 mile walk as well. Management Company was very responsive and the Owner is also prompt and most helpful. Condo is well stocked with what you'd expect and more. Private view off decks was a treat, quiet neighborhood. It's also very close to I-70, which made traveling around summit county easy. STAY HERE - You will love it!
This was a PERFECT house and location for my friends and I racing in Leadville this weekend! Super close to coffee, restaurants, bars, it was PERFECT!

About the host
Hosted by Ron Wolfe
I'm a Denver native and lover of the Colorado mountains. I love Frisco and am delighted to share this special place. When I'm in Frisco, you'll find me mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. That's if I'm not relaxing next to the fire in the winter, or watching the sunset on the back deck in the summer.
Why they chose this property
We love this property due to its generous size, secluded location, and yet the ability to never use a car once you arrive. Walking distance to everything, and free shuttles to multiple world-class ski areas! Steps away from both restaurants, as well as single track hiking and biking. New cleaning procedures implemented following CDC guidelines - the new process is much more so we've had to increase our cleaning fee. In our minds, nothing is more important than your safety and peace of mind.
What makes this property unique
