We sit on 15 acres and guesthouse has private driveway and entry. Relocating?

If you are looking to relocate this is a great location to stay while searching for your home. Close to the Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball , and surrounding areas like, Katy, Cypress TX and Chappell Hill. JB (husband) is a broker and we own Best of Texas Properties and can help you with your search to find your dream home!

We sit on 15 private acres with a gated entrance and we are close to 1774 which is great for getting to and from town, searching for homes or enjoying the Renaissance festival in the area and we are close to all the popular wedding venues!
Our horses and animals are just all part of the joy of staying at our guesthouse and the privacy is what we all enjoy the most!

We appreciate NO smoking or intoxication-we love our place and know you will respect it as if you were in your own home:) We do not host weddings or any parties and only those that booked are allowed on property.
IF RULES ARE not obeyed we have the right to ask you to leave. WE LOVE this place and we hope you will respect our property as your own:)

Our place is 2 miles from the town of Magnolia and 3 miles from the Texas Renaissance Festival. We are located less than an hour from Round Top,Chappell Hill and right down the road from The Spring Events Wedding Venue,Magnolia Belles, Texas Blue Bonnet wine trails,Bernhardt Winery, Lone Pint Brewery and 30 min from Lake Conroe.

We love our little ranch out in Magnolia Texas and most of all we love the beauty of the property and our horses. We have spent the last 7 years developing this place into a real gem with lots of charm! We are also bee keepers and our hives are located in the very back of the property and the honey they produce is just amazing! WE do not sell the honey as it is strictly for family. We have a pond out front that you are welcome to throw one of our cane poles into the water and have some fun with catch and release. Our horses are just eye candy and we do not allow anyone in to there paddock area. Petting is what they love and safety is most important to us.

Our property has an amazing location if you are looking to be close to venues, festivals or if you are relocating and need a short term rental while you find your dream home. The beauty of this is we can also help you with your search! My husband is broker owner of Best of Texas Properties and we love TEXAS and we know the area well! We have more to offer than most locations as we are very unique in the fact that we have so much to offer our guest if they are relocating. The guesthouse is fully furnished and we know it well because we lived in it for 7 months while building our home! Comfy, cozy and most of all our property is fully fenced and gated!
