This house is designed to accommodate groups of up to 20 people — family gatherings, reunions with friends, work groups, and seminars.
Overly festive parties, such as bachelor parties, student events, groups under 25 years old, or all-male groups, are strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed with an additional fee of €20 per animal.
The tourist tax is payable on site: €1 per person per night.

The jacuzzi is optional and costs €50 per stay.
Firewood is also optional and costs €25 per stay.

The central heating system is sufficient to heat the entire building; firewood is simply an added comfort.
