About this property

L'HARMONY *** Beautiful mountain views / 2 terraces / 2 bikes

New apartment and very quiet on the top floor of a small building (elevator) in 2 steps of Annecy.
Exceptional location at the heart of a living neighborhood. stunning views of the mountains "The Parmelan", "The Spinner". Welcome.

The accommodation has a large balcony (20 m2). With a beautiful view of the mountains. A South exhibition allows you to enjoy maximum sunlight. All indoor facilities are available (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, walk-in shower, induction table, large flat screen, etc ....)

Access to a room with d "canopy bed 160 x 200 (sheets). TV, bathroom. Provision of 2 bikes (ATVs). Free parking spaces in front of the building and its surroundings

Having a job taking, except weekend I will be very present, except in the evening. I will make myself available when you come and if possible for any information or help getting the most pleasant stay.

The proximity of everything. Within 300m, you have a supermarket, post office, a bakery, restaurants, a cinema, a library, banks, a tobacco shop, a butcher, a pharmacy. bus lines will allow you to go quickly in Annecy center, and a tree-lined promenade along the river Thiou ..... this is a great and very quiet.

From the train station by bus line 1, you are 5 mins from the apartment (depending on bus timetables passing all 5mins 15mins). On foot you are 15mins from the apartment from the station. By motorway exit Cran Gevrier you are at 1h15 from Lyon. By Geneva Airport you are 40mns from the apartment.

Smokers are welcome, however you will be highly recommended to smoke on the balcony.

Wonderful Apartment

Lake and Mountains

Lovely town and beautiful lake with so much to do. Loved the old town. Very comfortable apartment. Only drawback was no AC and it was very hot when we arrived but cooled off after a couple days. Our host provided fans which helped a lot. Lovely balcony views and nice tables to enjoy the view while dining outdoors. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed the bikes as well.

Bel appartement dans un bel endroit

Notre court séjour à Annecy, déjà un endroit remarquable, a été rendu encore plus agréable grâce à l'appartement et la gentillesse de Raphaël. L'appartement est très bien situé pour la tranquillité et l'accès à la vieille ville, et il ya un marché à proximité. L'accès aux bicyclettes est aussi un atout!

Magnifique !!

1ère location via Abritel, pour 2 nuits et vraiment paLocaMerci à Raphaël pour sa disponibilité et son amabilité :-) Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et même en mieux à l'arrivée ! Il se situe à 15 min à pied du centre d'Annecy, à travers le passage du Thiou (qui est un véritable havre de paix). Le balcon offre une belle vue sur les montagnes et est spacieux (tout le long du logement) Le prêt des vélos est aussi un plus, pour se promener facilement sur Annecy et ses nombreuses pistes cyclables ! Et aussi faire le tour du lac :-)
