The apartment is ideally located between the Beach and the port, in the heart of the historic center of Trapani at the foot of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Porta Ossuna.
It will allow you to radiate throughout western Sicily. I invite you to go to the localization tab where we have more fully detailed the essentials of the region.

170 m² apartment for 8 people, on the 2nd floor in a 19th century Palazzo (small building) completely renovated with care in September 2016.
Air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment.
Windows in bedrooms and living room with new double glazing.
The Price is for the entire apartment.
The charm of the old 4 m high ceiling and modern comfort with two pretty terraces.
Fully equipped and furnished with antique and designer furniture of very good quality, it consists of a large entrance, a large living room of 27 m² opening onto a terrace, a new kitchen dining room of 15 m² and back kitchen, WC with hand basin, the apartment has 2 master bedrooms with plenty of storage (160 and 140 cm bed) of 19 m² and 13 m², a children's bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds and storage space. 18 m² adjoining a second living room of 17 m² with sofa bed, a shower room, a large bathroom and shower and WC.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Trapani

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfortable apartment. We were 5 people with more than ample space to spread out. Frederik was very responsive from the moment we booked. The location was excellent, very close to the beach with excellent restaurants and shops just around the corner. We loved Trapani, it's a great place to stay with lots of things to do in and around the area. I highly recommend this apartment and visiting this amazingly beautiful city.

Beautiful house but no amen

The house is gorgeous, decorated impeccably, in a great location. However, the owner advised me that he doesn’t run it like a hotel. Not sure about that meaning of that but we have stayed in apartments in dozens of countries for extended stays and have never had this situation. He proved one roll of toilet paper for 2 toilets, no hand soap, no shower soap, or shampoo which I think is very unsanitary, nor paper towels. In addition, we had 2 couples staying for 6 days and were given 4 bath towels. No hand towels, or face towels. Again, using the only towels for 6 days is just not sanity and not acceptable. Even thought there was no laundry soap, I would have laundered the towels if we had spares. Who travels from the USA with toilet paper and hand soap? In addition, the apartment is listed as having 2 master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is has but one bathroom did not have a toilet! When 2 couples travel together, we always get 2 bathrooms and we’re totally shocked one did not have a toilet. However, in the other end of the apartment, off the kitchen in a small utility closet was a toilet with a utility sink with no soap of towels. It was so cramped, it was not useable. It is very sad that such a beautiful apartment in a convenient part of town was ruined by the owners not providing needed things. I understand no shampoo but no hand soap or toilet paper? Extremely disappointing.

Bonsoir Madame, Je suis assez choqué de vos propos. Nous avons toujours loué des appartements ou maisons en Europe et dans le monde également. Nous ne sommes pas un hôtels ni un appartement hôtel et effectivement les locations dans le cadre d une location touristique ne fournissent ni la lessive, ni le savon. Nous fournissons un rouleau de papier de toilette par toilette et mettons à disposition une grande serviette de bain par personne. Vous avez à disposition un lave linge et sèche linge pour les nettoyer à votre gré. Le plan intégral de l appartement est mis sur le site notre appartement est très grand et très confortable. Il y a bien 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes ainsi que 2 chambres parentales Je suis désolé que vous ayez trouvé notre appartement pas à votre goût mais désolé que vous ayez confondu suite parentale et chambre parentale. C’est la première fois que nous tombons sur des locataires comme vous. Je trouve assez déplacé que nous subissions les foudres de vos erreurs de traduction.

schicke Wohnung, direkt in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattete Küche. Parkmöglichkeit entsprach nicht ganz den Erwartungen, es gibt aber Bezahl-Parkplätze in der Nähe (nachts gratis, tagsüber EasyPark)

La Sicile authentique & Logement haut de gamme

Appartement entièrement rénové et d'un excellent standing dans une résidence très bien tenue. Idéalement situé au coeur du centre piéton pour ses cafés, restaurants et commerces et à deux pas du port. Ideal pour une courte escapade entre amis ou plus long séjours en famille pour visiter l'ouest de la Sicile Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout en laissant toutes les bonnes adresses de la ville , alors Profitez-en !

Great place! Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay with family!

The apartment was much better than in the photos! Great location, sufficient space, kitchen with all required stuff for cooking and cleaning, DVDs, board games and toys for kids!

Cet appartement est à la fois immense , original et fonctionnel ! Très bien placé dans Trapani , il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Nous y avons séjourné à 2 familles et ne nous sommes pas marchés sur les pieds ! Les enfants ont adoré leur " chambre " ( en réalité une double pièce comprenant un salon TV ) et la liberté que l'emplacement permettait en terme de circulation dans la ville : courses à pieds , apéritifs pris dans la sublime rue piétonne du dessous ... Bref , on recommande !

Une merveille

L'appartement est vraiment situé en plein coeur de Trapani dans le Corso Emmanuel, rue la plus connue et festive de la ville .Une déco comme nous l'aimons avec son mélange d'ancien et de moderne dont la fonctionnalité est parfaite.Refait à neuf depuis peu sans aucun doute. Nous avons pu visiter à partir de Trapani , la cote et ses plages aux eaux transparentes ,Palerme ainsi que le Sud et ses temples.Toute la Sicile à portée de main . Nous avons apprécié les nombreux bars et restaurants autour de l'appartement , maximun 3 minutes à pied ,avec la gentillesse des Siciliens. Un plus : totale sécurité aux alentours.Le coût de la vie est appréciable pour nous : bon shoping ,bons restos à des prix excessivement compétitifs nous permettant de pleinement profiter de notre séjour. A recommander chaleureusement Nous y retournerons avec certitude Ghislain

Location qui nous a pleinement satisfaits et qui sera une référence sûre pour les années à venir.

« Avec ma femme nous avons trouvé l’appartement qu’il nous faut pour avoir une base en Sicile et rayonner à partir de Trapani en respirant à plein poumons l’air de cette belle région d’Italie. Nous l’avons découverte sur Abritel sous le N° 1478314 et nous n’avons pas été déçus, comme cela nous est arrivé plusieurs fois avec Booking que nous évitons maintenant. Pour ce logement tout nous semble parfait, placé au cœur de la Vieille ville a deux pas du merveilleux Corso Vittorio Emmanuele que l’on voit du balcon et des chambres, le monde méditerranéen se déroule avec une intensité époustouflante entre plaisir des yeux et réalité quotidienne ; l’appartement de 170 m² est aménagé avec goût pour des séjours d’une semaine où plus avec le charme des grandes pièces à haut plafonds et les commodités de notre temps. La mer est là à quelque dizaines de mètres à peine de chaque côté, avec au sud le port où viennent apponter plusieurs fois par semaine de gros paquebots et d’où partent chaque jour les ferrys ou les aliscaphes pour les Îles dont la merveille des îles Egadi : l’isola di Favignana haut lieu de villégiature. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nous passons un excellent moment dans cet appartement hyper centre, très agréable tant pour sa decoration que pour sa grandeur. Idéal pour familles avec enfants chacun ayant son salon c est il faut le dire très agréable d avoir un espace dédié aux adultes. Deux belles terrasses ce qui est très rare de trouver cela dans le centre historique de Trapani. C est un endroit ideal pour visiter tous les sites historiques aux alentours (segeste, erice, Palerme, selinunte). Pour bien connaître la Sicile, j ai rarement vu un lieu de vie aussi agréable belle trouvaille nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
