Luxury villa with heated pool 4/9 infinity seen panoramic mountain.
Superb villa of 220m ² ideally located in a quiet place between sea and mountain with a splendid view on the mountain. You can discover the beautiful beaches of the Testa (5mins) or the Tonnara, the beautiful cliffs of Bonifacio in 15 mins, Porto Vecchio in 20 minutes, or the beautiful village of Pianotolli 5mins.
The villa is located 1km from the village center of Figari, all amenities (spar, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy, post office).
The villa can accommodate 8 people and 2 baby on a plot of 2500m².Villa new, ideal for several families, it has modern comfort with:
Ground floor :
- a great stay
-a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge
-a shed with washing machine, mini ironing board
- a large closet at the entrance
-a toilet
-a bedroom with a bathroom (bath and shower)
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom, one with a toilet, mini fridge and kettle. Each room is equipped with a bathroom (walk-in shower), a bed 160/200, a TV 80cm, air conditioning and a beautiful terrace with splendid views. Possibility of installing an umbrella bed. A second toilet is on the landing.
Outside, a large covered terrace with plancha will allow you to share a good meal, a superb infinity pool 4/9 with these sunbaths is in front of the terrace.
The pool is secured by electric shutter (ideal for young children).
On the ground, at disposal: a petanque ground and an air of games children
You will have the opportunity to spend good moments in family with peace and quiet, in a relaxing place.
Activities nearby: surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, boat rental, golf (the most beautiful golf course in Europe: Sperone Bonifacio at 20mins).
The hiring includes the cleaning at the end of the stay as well as the linen of house.

Maison très agréable, bien située au calme sans vis à vis, très bien conçue: une suite parentale en rdc avec 3 chambres à l'étage toutes avec salle de bain; matériaux de qualité, équipements très satisfaisants; très belle piscine.Le tout très bien entretenu.Contact sur place (Mathias) très sympathique, disponible et de bon conseil. Séjour idéal pour la Corse du sud.

Séjour enchanteur

Ce fut une première sur toute la ligne. 1ère avec Abritel. Parfait. L'annonce était très precise avec de nombreuses photos, la réservation et le paiement aisés. La communication avec la propriétaire fut rapide, efficace et cordiale. Ce séjour nous a permis de découvrir la Corse et nous en garderons un souvenir émerveillé. Nous devons une mention spéciale à Mathias qui nous a superbement accueillis et qui s'est mis en 4 pour que ce sejour soit inoubliable du 1er au dernier jour. La maison construite dans un cadre sublime a rempli toutes ses promesses pour 6 adultes et un bébé. La piscine chauffée a achevé de nous combler. Superbe expérience. Mille mercis.

Sejour de reve

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette tres belle villa. Nous avons pleinement profité de sa piscine et de sa terrasse qui donnent sur la montagne Corse !!! L environnement de la villa est tres appaisant : le calme et le silence nous ont permis de decompresser. Idealement placée entre Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio, nous avons pu bouger sans passer nos journees dans la voiture. Merci egalement a Marie qui nous a recu, renseigné, aidé quand nous avous eu besoin. La location est parfaite,La villa est tout à fait identique à sa description sur Abritel Très bien placée près de Bonifacio et de porto vecchio,de la belle plage de tonnara.La personne qui nous a reçu était très aimable et de bon conseil.Les propriétaires réagissent tout de suite à nos demandes.Nous conseillons cette location et sommes prêts à y retourner

Très belle villa moderne dans le maquis

Nous avons séjournée à 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette belle villa, excentrée de Figari, au calme, dans le maquis. Les plages et les petits villages sont accessibles en 30 min de voiture, et nous avons facilement accès aux supermarchés.

Très bon séjour!!

La maison est superbe avec un espace pour chaque personne .La situation géographique de cette maison est à 15min de Bonifacio et 20 min de Porto Vecchio . Les plages de Pianottoli-Caldarello sont d'une pure merveille.

Super séjour avec famille et amis !

Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances entre amis, avec enfants en bas âge. La maison est au calme, avec une belle vue sur le maquis. Elle est spacieuse, propre, très bien organisée, chacun y avait son espace. Les extérieurs sont très agréables à vivre également avec la piscine ! Proximité immédiate avec l'aéroport de Figari mais aucune nuisance sonore.

Magnifique villa moderne idéalement située

Nous avons loué la villa à deux familles. Tout y est moderne et bien pensé. La situation géographique est idéale. La proximité (5 mins) de l'aéroport a permis à nos étudiants des aller-retour très faciles et nous confirmons que les nuisances sonores des avions ne parviennent pas jusqu'à la propriété. Bonifacio, un des joyaux de la Corse est à moins de 15 minutes. Les sentiers menant aux plages de rêve sont à 10 minutes. La corse est absolument fabuleuse. Un jour à la plage, le lendemain à la montagne. Randos, sports nautiques, moto, kart (à 3 mins). Les grands enfants ont adoré!

Des vacances au top !

Maison magnifique et très confortable, avec clim dans toutes les chambres. Bien équipée, même pour les bébés. Attention, cependant, la piscine n'est pas sécurisée. Bien localisée, près de plages magnifiques et à 1 heure de la montagne. Accès Bonifacio et Porto-Vecchio facile, malgré le trafic du mois d'août. Aucune nuisance de l'aéroport malgré sa proximité (4 km). Calme, repos, nature. Nous y avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles, avec un très bon accueil de la part des voisins, et des propriétaires.

Séjour très agréable dans une villa très confortable et bien équipée. Idéalement située, à 2 pas de l’aéroport et des plages ! Belle piscine à débordement avec splendide vue sur la montagne au pied de la terrasse ! Propriétaires très sympa et conviviaux!

Beautiful modern house with a nice garden and pool

Well equipped, spacious and very clean house. Pool and playground were great for our kids and the adults enjoyed themselves with a game of boules. The house is close to several towns and beaches and great for exploring the south of Corsica.

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cette résidence prestigieuse et spacieuse. Nous avons pu profiter des installations, et de la proximité de la plupart des attraits touristiques de la région. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas chauffée: fin septembre, les températures chutent la nuit. Nos hôtes étaient faciles à joindre, et toujours disponibles pour nous offrir leur aide et solutions. Nous allons sûrement chaudement recommander votre villa ! En espérant pouvoir y revenir nous-mêmes Cordialement, Danielle Lachance

Séjour au top Villa au calme , belle vue ,tout confort ,bien aménagée lits confortables . Terrasse couverte et non couverte aux pieds d'une piscine à débordement avec vue sur la montagne . Séjour parfait, Villa somptueuse

Idéalement située entre mer et montagne, la Villa dispose d'un grand confort: cuisine aménagée et équipée, salle de bains de qualité, lits confortables, terrasse couverte, terrasse non couverte, piscine à débordement avec une vue sur montagne. Calme absolu. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous indiqueront les endroits à découvrir durant votre séjour.
